Tilden was having so much fun, however he felt as though he was the most sober person in the room. Yes, he'd had a few drinks and he'd smoked a couple of joints, but he couldn't help but to be on a slightly higher alert than usual. Normally, Tilden would simply let loose at a party, but as one of the hosts, he wanted to make sure everybody else was having fun, and make sure he could still make rational decisions if needed.
After making a couple of rounds and making sure he had spoken to just about everyone, Tilden finally found himself leaning against the kitchen counter with a drink in his hand. He was taking his time with it, but damn it was worth it. Smiling at Mary as he noticed her enter the room, he waved her over. "Mary! What's the deal with you and Sirius? You're basically fucking him in the living room." He snorted, knowing the question might make her uncomfortable, but he was curious. @m-macdonaldx
"Theo!" Tilden was quite surprised to see the younger hufflepuff at the party. Knowing that her best friends, Kitty and Greta, were off working at the Malfoy wedding, he wasn't sure Theo would feel comfortable attending. He'd always liked her, she was like the little sister he'd always wanted, and he was happy to see her. "I'm so glad you could make it!" Tilden wrapped his arms around her, giving her a tight hug before letting her go, keeping an arm around her shoulders as he guided her in to the house. "Can I get you anything? We've got snacks, pot, and someone showed up with a keg so we've got lots of beer, too." @deartheodosiax
Daisy's house wasn't overly large, and yet the pair of them had gotten separated quite quickly as guests started arriving. It wasn't an issue, everybody that was attending was a friend, and he could always go and find her whenever he wanted to. He figured he'd let her have some time to herself, and decided to roll a joint. He'd been rolling for years now and was able to make a perfect joint in a matter of seconds. Looking around, Tilden spotted Remus sitting on the sofa, and he plopped himself down beside him. "Hey Remus!" He greeted, throwing his arm around the other's shoulders, "Are you enjoying yourself? Gonna smoke a joint with me?" @woofhaunted
Daisy was already dressed and ready for the party, though she still had a few snacks left to put out, as well as a tray of edibles and smoking supplies for the coffee table currently pushed against the far wall of the living room, out of the way of any dancing that might occur. She was just setting it down when she heard Tilden calling her. "Coming-!" She called back, immediately turning to start her way to the bathroom, but stopping immediately when she saw Tilden in the hall. "Oh-" she quickly clapped her hands together, bouncing on the balls of her feet a couple of times in delight at the sight of him, a warm smile crossing her face. Tilden looked very good in the slut wear he'd borrowed from her closet. "Yes, yes, come here-" She reached for the harness as she came closer, playfully wrinkling her nose up at Tilden in response to his puppy dog eyes. Her hands immediately set to work pulling the harness onto him and fastening the catches. "You'll have to do better than that if you want to sweeten me up," she teased him with a little smirk. Though considering what she was planning to do sometime that night, she was one to talk. She wasn't one to be nervous, but even still the thought of it had a little flutter going in her middle. "Theeeere we go," she sing-songed as she finished adjusting the straps, stepping back to take in the way the leather hugged around Tilden's waist. With all of the nerve in the world, she bit her lip around a smile and glanced up at Tilden as she told him, "you look delicious, turnip boy. I could take the biggest bite."
"Sweeten you up? What are you talking about?" Tilden asked with a laugh, needing to say words to keep himself distracted from the feeling Daisy's fingers on his skin. The touches were barely there, anybody else likely wouldn't even notice it, but it felt like a million bolts of lightening travelling through his body each time her skin brushed against his. "You're already the sweetest thing in the world, I don't think you need any more sweetener."
As Daisy finished adjusting everything, he looked down to himself, inspecting his outfit. Not bad for a last minute theme decision. Her compliment made him smile wide, so wide that it felt as though it would fall of his face if it weren't for his ears. She knew how to make him feel good about himself. "I don't think I'd taste as good as I look," Tilden laughed, finally looking back up to her, "Raw turnip doesn't sound very appetizing." He poked out his tongue at her momentarily before taking a couple more steps towards her. "You, on the other hand… I'm sure you're just as sweet as honey." Lifting his hand, Tilden tucked a stray curl behind her ear before taking her hand and pulling her back into the living room.
"So - what else needs to be set up?" He asked, taking a look around. Everything looked great, which wasn't surprising considering Daisy had spent all day prepping for the party. "We've got snacks, music, smoke, a little bit of spare liquor to share, films playing in the bedroom as a quite space with the pets…." He did a little twirl, looking around at everything that had been set up, "I think all we need now are some friends."

He chuckled softly as he took a few steps around the corner to the living room, eyes growing slightly wide at the sight of her wearing nothing but black lingerie along with one of his button-down shirts. He was left speechless for a moment before his head shook slightly, not wanting to make any comments on her appearance, worried he would either say something inappropriate or something that may hurt her feelings. It was getting late, Tilden knew he should be in bed by now. He couldn't help but want to be outside, though. Summer was his favourite season, especially once the sun set. The tempature was absolutely perfect and he loved the soft glow of the moonlight shining over the trees in the park across the road from his flat. The way the crickets chirped all around him, it was relaxing and reminded him of childhood. Nights like these were his favourite nights to sit out on the front steps with a joint and a hot cup of tea.
Approaching footsteps caught his attention and Tilden's hand instinctively moved towards his wand. Despite not being very good at magic, he always felt most comfortable when he had his wand on him. However he relaxed when the light reflected off a head of green hair, and a smile plastered across his lips. "What're you doing out so late?" Tilden asked, knowing it wasn't even that late, but he was always an early riser, meaning he was typically in bed quite early. "Sticking around for a bit? Tea's still hot if you want a cup."

"And that's all for this weeks episode of Toots, Shoots n Roots, with me, Tilden Toots! I'll see you all next week." Tilden flipped the switch, turning his microphone off and allowing The Weird Sisters latest single play on the radio. He sat back in his seat, stretching out his arms and back before taking off his headset and gathering his things to leave the studio.
Saying goodbye to the rest of the staff in the radio station, Tilden quickly and quietly left, ready to go back to his apartment to unwind. Stepping out into the street, he smiled, happy to have the sun on his skin before it set. He often felt like an indoor cat laying in an open window on days like this. Turning on his heel to head towards home, his smile grew wider as he spotted a familiar face.
"Daisy!" Tilden greeted, speeding up with his arms out, ready to catch her as she jumped into his arms for a hug. He spun them around once, squeezing her tightly before putting her back down. "What are you up to?" He asked, trying not to sound too desperate, "I've actually got a gift for you to celebrate being a best seller, but it's at my apartment." Tilden flashed his signature lopsided smile, hoping he could use the little bit of charm he did have to convince her to hang out with him.

Mary had left St. Mungo's that kept her on her feet the whole morning, completing her twelve hour shift at seven at night on a Friday night. She had plans to meet a friend for dinner and a drink. She made it to the pub, standing outside for her friend, feeling more comfortable going inside with them.
Her arms wrapped around her, she found herself pacing in a circle, not letting her mind fixate on how long it was taking them to meet her, one hand coming to rest on her chest. A shadow presented itself, turning to the body. "You are late."
Tilden was running late and he felt absolutely horrible about it. His one hour radio show turned into an hour and a half when he couldn't get an older gentleman off the horn while speaking about his lawn maintenance. He closed up at the radio station as quickly as he possibly could, gathered his belongings before apparating to The Leaky Cauldron.
"I'm sorry!" Typically Tilden was the one stuck waiting, if he wasn't five minutes early then he was late. He wrapped his arms around Mary, pulling in for a quick hug before releasing her. "A man called in and had a question about how he could make his grass greener, so I asked about what he did for maintenance and then he wouldn't shut up." He laughed, shaking his head slightly before moving to open the door, holding it open for Mary to enter first. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long."

With the wedding a little under a month away, it felt so close, and yet it still seemed so far away. She had been having a reoccurring nightmare that Abraxas decided she wasn't fit to be Lucius's wife after all, and the entire thing was called off. She had started having those dreams when Andromeda was disowned, so she blamed their recent run-in for the resurgence of the dreams. Narcissa just had to keep reminding herself that Lucius wasn't going to allow that to happen. It was just easier said than done.
Most of the wedding details had been finalized, and the things that were left were tedious, so Narcissa had decided to go into Diagon Alley to find stationery. Her mother was old fashioned and insisted that Narcissa would have to handwrite thank you's to the attendees of the wedding, so she figured she would find some new stationery. She smiled when she realized she could have it embossed with Mrs. Narcissa Malfoy. Finally. The only thing left to do was to decide on which stationary she wanted.
"Which do you like better the gold and white or the sage and silver?"
Tilden loved giving gifts, it was his favourite way to show someone that he appreicated them. He paid attention to the things his friends were interested in, and whenever he had a chance to gift them something personal, he jumped on the chance. Squatted down close to the floor, his fingers ran across the spines of the journals displayed until he found the one he was looking for. Smiling to himself with pride, he pulled the journal from the shelf and inspected it to make sure it was what he wanted. A very pretty shade of red with a golden bumblebee embossed on the front. Daisy would absolutely love it.
Turning to head to the cashier, Tilden was stopped. He looked down to the examples she had in her hands, recognizing Narcissa enough to know who she was but not enough to act as though they were friends. Nevertheless, he was always kind and wouldn't let the Black Family reputation tarnish the way he treated the other. "I think the gold and white is much more classic, but sage happens to be one of my favourite shades of green." He looked up to her with a smile, "Though perhaps if I knew what the occasion is, I could give a better opinion."
