I'd probably say she mostly just wore it straight and down but there were also many times where she wore it half up half down (with the top half pinned at the back of her head). Sometimes (but not very often) it was wavy and down and in SBTB Hawaiian Style it was down and curly. She also wore her hair in a ponytail quite a few times (e.g in the season 1 episode: Fatal Distraction) and I've def seen her hair in a bun during a few episodes as well.

To me her lips just look over-lined a bit. The fact that they're filled in with a lighter shade and almost look like they have a ombré effect also makes them look a lot bigger. Bold lipliner was super popular in the 90s when these photos were taken and it was fashionable to wear it in a very obvious way so I think that was what Tiff was doing in those pics lol

Yep all those pics are of her! I believe that was the hairstyle she used to have when she was about 13. There are some other pics from around that time where she had a similar hairstyle (blonde, big hair) so I think it's her real hair but idk I can't promise this wasn't a wig cause it was a photoshoot after all lol
