“You know, you should really knock before just coming into someone’s dorm room.”

“Huh?? Hey!! I thought this was my room... Where’s Bunny?? Who are you??”

“I dunno what you want me to say, man. I was here first.”

“Firsties the worsties.”

“What you do on your own time’s just fine. My imagination’s much worse.”

“Worse in whadda way?? I don’t know what you mean.”

“Everyone tells me riddles, the rabbit, the hatter, the hare. Some can be easy but I know one that’s really hard.”

“The rabbit, the hatter and the hare?? Oh my that sure is a lot of people.” Theo knew it wasn’t really a lot of people, but he wasn’t paying enough attention to really count the odd names she had listed. “What’s the really hard one?? Maybe I’ll know that too!!”

“Why would you need them?”

“Hmm... Do I have to tell you why??”

Dee couldn’t help but laugh at the boy’s… Interesting way of speaking, how he quite honestly seemed to bounce from one thought to another. “I must say, Theo, it does suit you.”

“Do you really think that Deeeee?? Because if you do, I thinks I should go and get it changed to that!!” He laughed. “Wouldn’t that be something--- I’d be the only Bounce Master 300 in the world, for sure!!”

“It’s not that I don’t want to! I just don’t have a great memory is all. I’m sorry if I’m being rude.”

“I knew a somebody who didn’t have a very great memory a long time ago, but he was a lot of fun, so it didn’t matter if he would forget.” Theo shrugged. “Why would forgetting be rude??”

“Well, really it’s short for Perdita - but yes, just Dee,” she answered, grinning. “Bounce Master 300, hm? That’s quite the title you’ve got there.”

“Perdita?? That’s purrrdee--- but I suppose just D will do.” he nodded. “Ain’t it so!! I came up with it just now. Kind of hopin’ it’ll stick.”

Kanga nodded her head and just smiled a bit, before biting her lip. “Yeah i know and I feel bad cause there is really not to much i can do. And yeah some will i mean the younger they are the easier, older ones… well I won’t get into that.” She said before sighing and then holding out her hand. “I’m Kanga by the way, I run the daycare now.”

“I’m Dee,” she answered, her giggles slowly fading away, still not entirely sure what just happened. “What’s yours?”

“Dee?? Just D??” he laughed. “Well that certainly is easy-to remember-peasy... I’m Theo!! Or Tigger, or Bounce Master 300.”

“I think it’s a little different.” He smiled and shook the hand in front of him. “Yeah, kinda. It’s short for Tin.” He explained as he dropped the other boy’s hand. “Why Tigger?”

“So what’s it long for??” Theo questioned, clearly not understanding. “Why Tigger?? Because I’m like a tiger--- with a little extra grr.” he answered jokingly with a pause. “Actually I don’t know why.”

“Because I doubt anyone is going to need those types of courses.”

“Why’s that?? If I didn’t already know, I’d need them.”

“I don’t really pay attention to most things… was I suppose to?”

“Oh... Well not if you didn’t want to!!”

Dee stared at the boy for a couple moments longer before finally bursting into laughter herself, her hands going up to her head. “I - I honestly have no clue anymore…” she admitted, shaking her head.

The second the female let her laugh out, Theo was quickly to follow suit. He had no idea what was going on, and it was absolutely hilarious to him. “Well neither do I-- guess we’re even!!” he snickered. “What’s your name??”

“Well you could always keep some if you fancy to.”

“No way!! I want to throw them in the river too. I was just asking.”
