im veeeeery interested in how much ralsei knows about the soul... he looks back at the player when susie said kris made her do something in the chapter 3 board... his whole deal with closing eyes to see what susie is doing is obviously him guiding us to use the souls ability to see stuff. he probably knows that we can read thoughts

noelle has been my favourite deltarune character since forever and im absolutely loving how much fan and canon content ive been seeing of her. im so well fed. its amazing. thank you

in the sound test room from undertale (which you can only access from getting a certain fun value, which is definitely tied to gaster) theres 4 songs- 1. "happy town" shares a title with the song that plays when going through the town with susie in chapter 5 weird route 2. "meat factory" haha normalnpc eating onionsan joke haha (no if anyone has any input on this one pls add lol) 3. "trouble dingle" i cannot help but feel it sounds like the jingle that plays when casting snowgrave on berdly or putting the thorn on noelle in chapter 4 4. "gasters theme" self explanatory what it means but also gaster is obviously tied to deltarune and the weird route is no exception.. normalnpc, a goner in undertale, disappearing in chapter 5 weird route (the whole day, as susie tells us) after presumably killing onionsan who heard a song from the lake that kris and noelle went into, among other things. i mean what ISNT gaster connected to? what does any of this mean? i dunno

does anyone have a good explanation on what the red dot in noelle is in weird route. what it is just hasn't clicked with me lol.. and all the theories i can find are from pre-chapter 5 and usually are along the lines of that the dot is a growing soul and we'll control noelle.. but thats probably not the case after chapter 5. its definitely significant though i feel.

its so interesting to me that a major theme in both the weird routes and the egg rooms is breaking the boundaries of the game. in weird route you break the normal progression of the game to do this path, and then eventually kris and noelle go out of bounds (into the lake, and im a personal believer in that the ending of the weird route will somehow discuss that non existent code in between area that gaster and possibly december are in) and in the egg rooms you can go out of the normal path and walk outside of it, sometimes it requires that boundary breaking to get there (eg. chapter three's egg room), and in chapter five's egg room if you havent gotten all the eggs previous iirc it mentions how you can see the other trees, which are supposedly from other dark worlds, unless theyre also in this inbetween area. both routes are very interesting for kris's character as well

the weird route kinda shows the oddness of kris (us) just controlling everybody in battles. like noelles gone off and ran with that about making her stronger and how if kris(us) tells her to she can do anything, but thats just the extreme, we still control susie and ralsei in battle too.. make them stronger... etc etc i hope you can see the point im trying to make lol

its very interesting to me that the very lake that noelle led kris into, was the one that onionsan heard a song from, and onionsan got turned into takoyaki by a gaster follower, susie also heard a song from the lake, and why the hell is getting the bread from sans mandatory to continue the weird route in chapter five???????????? if anybody has like any input on how all this is connected i would be very interested to hear it,,,

idk, im not like an expert super amazing knowledgable genius in cosmere logic and lore but it was stated ruins shard holder was the kindest before right? maybe his consciousness went against the shards will too much and it uh broke him or something. who knows if it would have turned out better if someone more fitting to the shard took it. maybe it would be better controlled then, because ruin isnt necessarily evil. like rayse seems like he was able to control odium pretty well. this is probably obvious to everyone else and im spouting sleep deprived nonsense but thats like a staple of being in the cosmere fandom tbh
