🚨⚠️🚫Dahmer during an interview with 'Inside Edition'NANCY GLASS: If you were on the street now, would you still be committing the crimes? JEFFREY DAHMER: Probably. If this hadn't happened, I'd definitely be doing it. I can't think of anything that would have stopped me.🚫🚨⚠️
⚠️🚫I think there's no denying that he was seeking pleasure while doing this, but for the most part, Jeff had nothing else going on in his life. Relationships with people meant nothing to him. He lacked the capacity for connections that brought him reward, pleasure, or comfort. He experienced the variety of life spheres that most people do. This was all he had.Dr. Kenneth Smail, forensic psychologist who examined Jeffrey Dahmer, about his crimes.⚠️🚨
I couldn't find any meaning in my life when I was there, and I'm sure I won't find it here. This is the end of a wasted life, and the result is overwhelmingly depressing. It's just a sick, pathetic, miserable, and miserable life story, that's all. I have no idea how it can help anyone. - Jeffrey Dahmer🥺

He usually got home from work at 8 a.m., made a small breakfast, and turned on the television. That's when Geraldo's abusive, infantilizing talk show would start, and Jeff hated the host's strategy of trying to make his guests feel bad about themselves. He just wanted them to feel as guilty and terrible as possible. The guy's an asshole. Then he tried to get some sleep and go out to lunch at the Grand Avenue Mall most of the time. There are several drive-thru restaurants in this two-block-long covered shopping arcade (French, Chinese, American) to suit every taste. He especially liked McDonald's and a chicken and chips place on the first floor called Apricot Annie's. He would show up there in the early afternoon and always sit on his favorite stool at the counter; if the stool was taken, he would wander around until it became vacant rather than take another. He liked the coffee at the French Cafe.☕⚠️🚫☕ NOT CONDONED ARE PURPOSES INVESTIGATIVE❗❗
Wendy: "It's okay, Jeff. I mean, don't be embarrassed about it. Am I making you uncomfortable?Jeff: "No... it has to be faced, so... It's weird, isn't it? It's not easy to talk about. It's something I've kept buried inside me for many years, and it's... it's like trying to pull a two-ton rock out of a well."Wendy Patrickus.🚨
Jeffrey received a huge number of letters after his incarceration. The contents of the letters ranged from sexually explicit love letters and autograph requests to hate messages and religious pleas to save his soul. Although some came from people with more serious problems, most reflected the immense sadness of the world. The letters were more often compassionate than threatening and showed that he wasn't alone in his isolation. However, Jeffrey remained isolated and soon craved more human contact, even if it meant enduring the taunts of other prisoners, whom he would invite to a Cannibals Anonymous meeting or jokingly warn to leave him alone because "I bite."One day, Jeffrey hadn't bothered to shave, and as he was being wheeled down the corridor, a woman screamed upon recognizing him. Unfazed, Jeffrey simply told the guard, "I guess I should have shaved."🚨⚠️
NO CONDONATION, PURE INVESTIGATION‼️🚫
Jeffrey's Second Hearing August 22 1991
🚨⚠️Aware that Dahmer's (unlikely) suicide would be a procedural embarrassment, the guards kept him under constant surveillance.Three of them watched him urinate (and also laughed at him), and the light in his cell was kept on permanently. They shone flashlights in his face regularly while he tried to sleep. One day, he sharpened his toothbrush in protest against what he considered unreasonable treatment and, consequently, had to sleep in his underwear on the concrete floor. He was frequently mocked and threatened with death, but as the weeks passed, the guards gradually recognized him as a contaminated human being, rather than a museum specimen, and occasionally small signs of brilliance emerged. One guard, who had to leave his post for fifteen minutes in the middle of the night, told him, "Don't do anything stupid, Jeff." It was a small moment of connection.‼️⚠️
Plan to make posts about Dahmer :P
