Feeling jealous when your SO or fp talks to someone they’re close to.

Comparing yourself to virtually anyone similar to you. Garner a reality where you’re in competition with said person 24/7.

No recollection of trauma-based experience. Almost wishing for one to validate how fucked up you feel in the head.

Immediately fantasizing about suicide (or merely dissolving) when arguing with people you love.

Taking disagreements personally. Automatically feeling “wrong” about your stance until you get that pat on the back by someone who agrees.

Feeling you look less attractive when you are splitting and hate life.

When splitting, an inability to empathize with other people. As a result, their grievances appear dim compared to your own.

Never seeing the point in confrontation before you leave a relationship because you’re 100% convinced they never valued you in the first place.

Confrontation is always impulse-based. All of a sudden you’re a master of low-blows and have an eagle-eye for pain points.

Craving physical touch/intimacy.

Repulsed by physical touch/avoiding intimacy.

Wanting to freeze up in groups due to inability to appeal to everyone.

It’s not loneliness when you don’t even feel like a person by yourself.

Boredom? More like dissociative void.

Inability to fully feel affection unless its sleuthed out through sex.

(For the sex-repulsed) Inability to experience affection unless vicariously through your fav fictional ship.

Not letting yourself experience affection because one day they’ll change their mind and leave anyway.
