Fear is a feeling that we get and more often than not it is hard to ignore let alone overcome it. I fear alot of things and this fear makes me shy off from doing very many things I wish I could. But heard of the phrase 'Mind over matter '? What if it works? Even if it doesn't, what if we could trick our minds into thinking that it does and in so doing ignore our fears? What if we just acknowledged the things we were afraid of doing and just do them anyway? What if we could just shut off what our minds were telling us and did the things that our bodies were afraid of doing. For instance I'd want to sky dive but am scared. I fear all the possible things that could go wrong. I do not know for sure that they could but my brain convinces me that they could. I know this almost makes no sense but somehow it still does. Most of us live in a cocoon Because we fear that we might get harmed if we get out of it. We end up dying without knowing how it would have felt to do somethings Because we feared. We end up having have existed instead of having have lived. I mean if It's the fear of death, we are going to die one day so that is inevitable but wouldn't you want to do most things before that time comes. What am trying to say is that we can and should not let our lives be governed by fear. Whichever kind of fear Because you are not really living if you're living by fear.
