As you might know, my account is almost all fanart (when it comes to art) but this piece is an original. I’ve been dealing with many many issues in my life and I needed a way to get the feelings out in a more healthy manner. That’s where “Choke” comes in.

Sometimes things keep piling on top of each other. Health issues, family problems, life falling apart, the works. When these build up enough you feel like you are actually choking. You want to tell the people closest to you about it but they either dismiss you, or don’t want to hear it. Hence, “Choke”.

Fun fact that I learned, you can drive from Orem to Ogden Utah while listening to the entire new Sleep Token album at 1am with all the windows down. Less fun fact, the McDonalds by my apartment shuts off its ice cream machine after 1am….

Also, if you ever see hands in any of my drawings, they are actually my own hands. (spruced up a bit. I don’t have fancy nails currently.) I take reference pictures of myself constantly and just use that.

Also, I’m currently working on an art collab with a dear friend of mine. I feel bad that I’m taking a while but they are so nice and forgiving T^T I love them.

(Side note: today is the 1 year anniversary of my hysterectomy!!! Yippee!!)
