So the flights there were difficult to say the least, felt like I was getting punished for buying my tickets so early in advanced and trying to save money.

I wasn't actually able to get a lot of pictures and I don't wanna give away my location so this is the best I can get for the trip there.

At the con I waiting forever in lines for the first day. I did chat with a few people in line and would see them every now and then but I didn't really make friends like I used to at cons. Outside of the excellent live orchestra concert this is really the only picture I have

After like 8 hours of being in lines and buying a bunch of shirts, candles, a dice set, pins, and having to order stuff I missed out on online, I needed to go back to my AirBnB and get some food. So I missed the cosplay contest until the end but I was mostly there for the concert tbh. Here is a link the the VOD of the whole first day

After the wonderful concert I went back to the AirBnB after getting a biscoff cheesecake. Such a good treat to end the night on.

Unfortunately my AirBnB was on top of a loud as hell bar that closed at 2am. Which lead to people screaming at each other (about not wanting to leave the closed bar or just racist shit) or trying to fight/kill each other until 3am. Mostly college kids (or maybe high schoolers based on how they were acting)

The second day was no lines, just panels. Due to not getting enough sleep I didn't get any food and was starving after the Soulframe panel, so I tried to get some food near by. The food was really bad. One place I just had to throw out the food because it was just too disgusting. The other place I managed to eat more but I left food because I couldn't stand it anymore. Which became a real problem in Canada. The food was bad.

I'm rambling about the food now when I should be talking about the convention. They also streamed the second day and I hadn't made it back to the panels until they announced the deluxe skin for Banshee. Here is the link:

I cheered and was shocked by some of the announcements. It was good and it wasn't like I paid a hundred dollars like some of these other conventions I had been to. There wasn't any sort of artist alley though, I love an artist alley. And there wasn't really anywhere to hang out since one part was at a hotel (which wasn't advertised until it was way to late) and a stadium which is where the concert and panels happened. I guess there was a VIP area for the exclusive few to hang out but that was at the hotel, not the place where everything was happening.

Would I go again? I don't know. I know that there isn't really an option like a convention center in London Ontario but having to go from place to place sucked and there wasn't that much advertising about hotels or anything. I would also say the food mostly being bad was a big downside but I am a foodie so I know that is me.
