The first photo is a fan made poster of āAmerican Horror Storyā. It has beenĀ postedĀ a month ago on American Horror Story Fans facebook fan page
Yesterday another version has been posted on FEARnet facebook page
Together they have around 35k likes and 13k shares.
The second photo is the original, made by Alexandra Konstantinoudi or V-Light, a photographer from Greece.
Sheās one of the few photographers on deviantART whose works I follow (Iām not that much into photography, I guess), I really like her photos of old buildings. And she definitely deserves more recognition than she has at the moment (currently - 505 likes on her facebook page, and 10k views on dA over 2 years).
Also, from the few conversations I had with her over the internet, I actually like her. And I donāt like people, so that also says something, I suppose. :)
So, a month ago someone decides to take her photo, ignore the artists comments section:

then they put some additional effort into making sure she doesnāt get credit for her work by cutting out the part with the watermark! Now what kind of fuckinā asshole person does that?
And Iāve seen this happening to many others, people cutting out the artistsā signature, to get some short-time recognition and few (thousand) thumbs up.
Now, if your answer to that is āWell, this is the internet, if you put something online you give people permission to do whatever they wantā, could you please ask a person sitting next to you to pimp-slap you in the face for me? Thanks a lot.
Yes, thereās plenty of assholes on the web. Thereās even more people who just donāt care enough to make the assholes feel unwelcome.
