something I think about a lot that was such a great little acting moment by charlotte was sylvia’s reaction to the grand immortal dictator during the mev’s graduation

she’s like physically impacted by his proximity to her even though she stays by gerard and is keeping a respectful/professional facade there’s this little moment when he leaves and she kind of flinches and follows him with her head it’s so good. like such a great little suggestion of her interiority and character motivations

just generally she’s done so much with so little to build a character from basically nothing. like this overly emotive cruel selfish kind of jealous woman who loves her work and her country but also will happily use the power her work/country give her for her own personal satisfaction without a second thought. i’ve been joking a lot about her doing too much lately but it is so cool how much she’s put into this dialogueless bit character from a stadium rock tour
