They are evolving. 

No matter how active you are, no matter how many things you follow or create on social media, no matter how many things you organize make sure it's not at the cost of the connection in your marriage or in your own family.

It's ok to say no to FB or IG for a few days and just be with those you love. It's ok to get off of WhatsApp and not respond for five hours.

It's ok to not watch the news updates for a weekend. It's ok to be alone with yourself or those you love without guilt.

If your spouse feels ignored because you are busy sending likes and hearts and comments to people online you don't even know - it's time to switch off.

If your spouse feels ignored because you've been scrolling for the entire twenty minute car ride somewhere - it's time to switch off.
