1. Origins of your blog’s name:

I wasn’t really inspired so I just changed a word from my personal one to “sim” (and I ended up liking it so I never changed it haha)

right now I’m (re)watching Smallville and it’s fuuuuun

6. My current hyperfixation:

playing/editing my gameplay tbh… I had pretty bad anxiety attacks during the last holidays so I started playing 8 to 10 hrs a day in order to focus on something and it worked! But know I’m kind of obsessed with it and think about it all the time (what I’m gonna do next, what I need to work on etc), I think I’m gonna need to take a break 🫣

7. Oddly specific thing that brings me joy:

a well organized and colorful excel spreadsheet (yes I’m that kind of person)

8. What smell makes me happy:

probably the smell of coffee, even if I don’t drink any

9. Something I did as a kid and still do:

I make up stories in my head and do the dialogues out loud when I’m alone (I even do the tones and the facial expressions lmao) 

10. Phone wallpaper right now:

can’t share the actual pic because it’s me between my 17yo nephew and my 14yo niece, who I love with all my heart. We don’t have a huge age difference (me being 30) so we have a really special relationship/bond and they’re pretty awesome human beings 🥹 

11. Are you an early bird or a night owl:

I used to be an early bird, but ever since I’ve been on antidepressant (and even if I’m not anymore), I’m more of a night owl. And it's kind of frustrating because I don’t like sleeping too much in the morning, I feel like I’ve wasted my whole day if I woke up after 9am lmao

12. If you work, what is your profession and do you like it:

I’m a librarian, specialized for children! I do like it, most of the time, but it’s a tiring job (more than people know) and sometimes I wish I could do something else (but to do what, that’s the big question)

I decided to come back to my traditional(ish) 9-fav-pics-memory-thing to celebrate the end of the year, and what a year! I'm so happy @onesaltyllama made me play again and end my 4 years hiatus 💛✨ even when I wasn't playing or sharing, I was still thinking about my ocs and it was so frustrating not making new content (even just for me yk)

1 . what is one sims-related thing you’re proud of from the last three months?

I’m moving on with my story! before my big hiatus of 6 years, I was a bit overwhelmed by everything I had planned and everything I wanted to do. the poses, the screenshots, changing the clothes of my sims more often. since I came back last june, I’m more gameplay driven. I’m actually PLAYING the game (shocking, I know) and taking screenshots of moodlets and funny things, only posing when stuff seems missing. this is more my rhythm and I’m glad to see that now, in late december, I made more progress with my story in a few months than in an entire year! anyway, talking too much. the idea is, I’m so glad stuff are going forward. finally. 

2 . what is one non-sims-related thing you’re proud of from the last three months?

I GOT MY PROFESSIONNAL EXAAAAAM 🎉 I’ve been trying this thing for a very long time now, but this year I worked and studied extra hard and I’m FREAKING PROUD of myself for finally succeeding!!! 

3 . what is one sims-related goal you have for 2026?

finally getting to gen 2... it’s been ready in my head for more than 6 years, I have notes, I have dialogues written, I HAVE AN 11 PAGES TEXT DOC READY TO GO. and I have some new characters made by @onesaltyllama that I’m dying for you to meet. 

4 . what is one non-sims-related goal you have for 2026?

rollerskating more and finding a new(ish) job fitting my new professional title/profile (that I got thanks to the exam)

5 . do you have a favorite sims thing (or other creative endeavor) you worked on this fall?

yeah a few! most of them would be spoilers (since I have almost all my winter&spring stuff done and edited but not posted yet 👀) but that I already shared 🤔 I’m pretty happy about Lex’s concert! I love the vibes, the outfits... very Lex coded hehe

1 . are you named after anyone?

hmmm I think it was after a character from a tv show. 

2 . when was the last time you cried?

somewhere last week... I had a rough day at school: I found a notebook and when I went to give it back, the owner thought I had stolen it and it became a whole thing... it shook me pretty bad. 

3 . do you have kids?

no but I want to! I want to have a big family, it’d be like having a new band! each of them could learn to play a different instrument, and we could go play somewhere during holidays and- [blushes] well, you get the idea.  

4 . do you use sarcasm a lot?

not really. but I grew up and still live with someone who does so I know how to take it [whispers] and how to use it if needed. 

5 . what's the first thing you notice about people?

their nose, I think. noses are cute! [chuckles] oh, and also fun makeup! 

6 . what's your eye color?

green! like my mom. 

7 . scary movies or happy endings?

I loooove happy endings! I really love romcoms and musicals.

8 . any special talents?

besides guitar, I think I’m pretty good with makeup. I really like doing fun and colorful stuff. it’s like painting, in a way. at first I was keeping it for big occasions and then I realized I could do this everyday! life can be colorful and sparkling any day of the week. [giggles]

9 . where were you born?

Willow Creek! born and raised!

10 . do you have any pets?

no, but I like them! especially birds, they look so pretty. 

11 . what sort of sports do you play?

I only really play sports in PE and I love team ones! not a big surprise, I know [chuckles] I like doing activities with other people. 

12 . how tall are you?

5’6 I think (around 172cm)

13 . what is your dream job?

I don’t think so. except if you count middle names, then I was named after my parents’ best friend ‘Violet’.

2 . when was the last time you cried?

last night, but out of laughter. I was watching a streamer and- [tearing eyes, snorts] I can’t even begin to explain what happened, you had to be there. [laughs] 

3 . do you have kids?

ew no. dude, I’m still in high school. 

4 . do you use sarcasm a lot?

do you breathe air? [dramatic pause] that was a yes. 

5 . what's the first thing you notice about people?

you mean, either their ass or their eyes? no? [thinking] I don’t know... I guess, how they talk about other people? or to other people. I don’t like people who belittle others. and I know I can be a mean b*tch sometimes, but only to people who deserve it and can defend themselves. 

6 . what's your eye color?

green with a hint of hazel.

7 . scary movies or happy endings?

scary movies. always. every day. especially slasher movies. they’re my favorites. 

8 . any special talents?

does annoying the hell out of people count? either that or speaking fluently in movie quotes.  

9 . where were you born?

in a hospital? [sighs] near Willow Creek I guess, been living there my whole life. 

10 . do you have any pets?

nope, not anymore. we used to have dogs and I think I’d like to have one of my own someday. 

11 . what sort of sports do you play?

none. I have better things to do with my free time. 

12 . how tall are you?

what do you mean ‘tall’? I’m a 5’ gremlin (around 154/155cm)

13 . what is your dream job?

1 . are you named after anyone?

kinda, my mom once read a book with a guy named ‘Lionel’ in it, and liked the fact that his nickname was ‘Lion’. so here I am. 

2 . when was the last time you cried?

we watched Mamma Mia! recently at home and during ‘Slipping Through My Fingers’ I may have shared a few tears. 

3 . do you have kids?

no, not yet. I mean... [blushes] I’d love to have kids someday. I really liked growing up with my baby sisters. but I also saw the mess it could be to have 3 kids, so the ‘how many’ will be answered later. [chuckles] 

4 . do you use sarcasm a lot?

not a lot. I mainly use it with Peyton and Lilith because it’s like a second nature to them and I learned at my expense how to defend myself - and also, it is kinda fun. 

5 . what's the first thing you notice about people?

their kindness, or lack thereof. I, uhm... I’m pretty sensitive to that kind of stuff so I can pretty much ‘sense’ when someone is genuinely nice or if it’s just a facade. it’s not foolproof but still.

6 . what's your eye color?

light hazel. I got my dad’s eyes. 

7 . scary movies or happy endings?

happy endings! scary movies are much too scary for me. I used to watch some with Peyton but I think she had more fun watching me die on the couch than actually watching the movie...

8 . any special talents?

I’m not really sure I have any... Lilith says I always see the best in people and think everyone has a good heart, but I don’t know if it’s an actual talent or anything. 

9 . where were you born?

in Willow Creek’s hospital, I guess. 

10 . do you have any pets?

not at the moment but I’d love to! I grew up with several dogs and I think once I’m settled in my sort of ‘forever house’ I’ll have one. or two. 

11 . what sort of sports do you play?

I used to play basketball with a childhood friend... [gloomy looks, coughs] but I don’t anymore. I run sometimes. I’m not good at team sports… 

12 . how tall are you?

something like 6’ I think? (around 180cm) I don’t know exactly.

13 . what is your dream job?
