Gonna be overused? Yes. Still awesome? Most definitely.

The idea that Asterix is an overly violent or butch character that has no elements of feminity about her past the fact that she’s got the gear. She’s actually an extremely feminine person, with the frame to match, though it’s often overshadowed by her “Shade of Azim” persona.

Originally Asterix was going to be a Dragoon, before I knew much about FFXIV Lore, and Final Fantasy in general. But as I evolved, and eventually made her story, I decided that Dark Knight fit far better with the overall character.
