The purpose of a man’s skin is to protect him from pathogens and substances that may harm him internally; It is the body’s first line of defense keeping the bad stuff out and the good stuff in. Ironically, that same very thing that is supposed to protect him, endangers him. 

For centuries people have been harassed, tortured and murdered because their skin made them a target. Read more 

It’s amazing to think about my birthday in a week. This year has been full of lessons and self realizations. Balance is key and I’m greatly looking forward to 2017 to apply the lessons learned this year.
