I gotta get it out…
In regard to my brother it’s like,
EVEN WHEN N**** ARE GONNA HAND YOU THE MONEY, YOU FUMBLE. YOU CAN’T BE THIS LAZY BRO.
All you had to do was fill out some paperwork and they were going to send you the money. You know, the thing you’ve been crying about for weeks but won’t do anything about it.
I’ve never seen a “man” get frustrated in the middle of his family trying to help him in his time of need. Bro we’re literally telling you what to do and coming up with ways to overcome any little inconvenience you keep trying bring up and you get frustrated?? It’s giving little boy. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t even have to say these things to man because a man wouldn’t be in this situation and when we try to help you get out the situation, you get irritated? Grow tf up 🤨
Phuck it. That nigga won’t fix it, why should I care?
He give up on her, I give up on him. You won’t ask for help but keep complaining. You won’t do research or use any of your resources you have but got the nerve to be frustrated.
Phuck it!
disgusted
As soon as you give a man credit BOOM he does something embarrassing.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a journal entry and OF COURSE I choose to return when my hormones are doing whatever the hell they want.
We’re on like day 3.5 or 4 of the menstrual phase and I can feel the fog starting to lift. The gears are turning again. The lights are coming back on.
I’m ready to be active.
I’m ready to be loud.
I’m ready to be great.
Immediately after having that thought, I yawned so hard I almost dislocated my jaw.
😂😂😂
Like girl, be serious.
It’s giving Narcoleptic Barbie.
It’s giving:
“Let’s take over the world… right after this nap.”
I swear sleep is my favorite hobby. I don’t think enough people are talking about how exhausting it is being destined for greatness. Sometimes a queen needs a little rest before she conquers her enemies.
Anyway.
Tell me why I’ve been acting like my entire life is on pause until I get these locs.
No seriously.
I need answers.
Because for some reason my brain has decided that hair is Priority Number One. Above routine. Above fitness. Above discipline. Above literally everything.
Like apparently I’ve convinced myself that I cannot begin my life until my hair reaches its final form.
Which is insane.
And unfortunately, I had an epiphany.
You know those moments when you realize you’ve been saying something stupid for so long that your brain finally goes:
“Girl… listen to yourself.”
Yeah.
That happened.
Because I was sitting there stressing about saving money for locs when it dawned on me that savings require money.
Money takes time.
But routine?
Routine is free.
🤦🏽♀️
Like… embarrassingly free.
I don’t need locs to wake up on time.
I don’t need locs to meal prep.
I don’t need locs to go to Pilates.
I don’t need locs to drink water.
I don’t need locs to follow through.
The locs are a future purchase.
The routine is available for immediate download.
So now I’m sitting here realizing I’ve been using Future Locs Amber as an excuse to procrastinate becoming Present Day Amber.
Sickening.
Tragic.
A little iconic, honestly.
But mostly ridiculous.
So never mind.
Let’s get back to the program.
The locs will come when they come.
In the meantime, I’ve got a life to build.
…after this nap. 💋😴😂
I just decided that Sidney is a non MF factor. Kristen is that girl.
I’m HER naturally. So instead of daydreaming about how to be HER I should just be HER.
*gasp
EXECUTION
Week One: Kill the chaotic version of yourself

Soft Toxicitycore
She wakes up late enough to imply freedom, but early enough to imply discipline.
Not chaotic. Not rushed.
Everything about her life is designed to look unforced.
The apartment is quiet — sunlight through sheer curtains, neutral bedding, low music already playing from a speaker somewhere. Her phone is full of half-replied messages, dinner invitations, “u up?” texts sent at 1:13AM, reservation confirmations, screenshots from friends, moodboards, flight alerts.
She checks everything slowly.
No frantic energy.
Nothing in her life is allowed to feel desperate.
Morning
She starts with restoration rituals disguised as self-care:
* ice water
* supplements
* skincare
* Pilates or gym
* matcha or iced coffee
* a long shower
* luxury body products
* an oversized hoodie with nothing underneath
She spends money on anything that preserves:
* beauty
* softness
* energy
* desirability
Her bathroom looks expensive:
* marble
* diffused lighting
* fragrances lined up like trophies
* skincare arranged symmetrically
Music is always playing.
Usually:
* SZA
* PARTYNEXTDOOR
* Sonder
* ambient R&B playlists with names like:
* “after hours”
* “soft life”
* “2am in toronto”
She romanticizes recovery.
Midday
Her work depends on the version of the aesthetic she lives in.
Maybe:
* creative strategist
* influencer
* stylist
* beauty entrepreneur
* nightlife consultant
* aesthetic nurse
* remote tech employee
* model
* photographer
* boutique business owner
Even corporate women in this aesthetic work like they’re temporarily visiting professionalism.
She works from:
* cafés
* Soho House-type environments
* luxury apartments
* hotel lobbies
* aesthetically pleasing coworking spaces
Her laptop stickers are minimal.
Her notes app is emotionally overloaded.
She spends a shocking amount of time:
* curating playlists
* choosing photos
* refining captions
* texting selectively
* deciding what version of herself to present
Social dynamics
Throughout the day:
multiple men orbit her attention.
Not necessarily because she’s manipulative —
because she has mastered:
* mystery
* softness
* restraint
* emotional pacing
She rarely double texts.
Rarely overshares.
Rarely reacts immediately.
She understands:
anticipation is part of attraction.
A lot of conversations stay unresolved intentionally.
Afternoon
This is the emotional dip period.
The aesthetic becomes less glamorous here.
She starts feeling:
* lonely
* emotionally tired
* overstimulated
* uncertain about who actually cares about her
So she regulates through:
* shopping
* beauty maintenance
* music
* gym
* content consumption
* romantic fantasy
* planning future trips
* booking experiences
She doesn’t want her life to merely be good.
She wants it to:
feel cinematic at all times.
Evening preparation
This is where the transformation happens.
Everything slows down again.
Shower.
Hair.
Skincare.
Makeup.
Jewelry.
Fragrance layering.
Outfit laid carefully across the bed.
The getting-ready process is sacred.
She’s not dressing for men exactly.
She’s dressing for:
* power
* atmosphere
* memory
* visual permanence
Her mirror selfies are almost always:
* low lighting
* flash photography
* emotionally detached facial expressions
Nightlife
The night begins late.
Dinner reservations at places where:
* lighting is too dim for practicality
* cocktails cost too much
* everyone is attractive in a restrained way
The group:
* socially fluent
* beautiful
* emotionally guarded
* fashion-aware
* ironic
* exhausted beneath the surface
Nobody fully says what they mean.
Conversations revolve around:
* relationships
* travel
* ambition
* gossip
* subtle flexes
* emotional subtext
Then:
lounges, rooftops, penthouses, sections, afterparties.
Never too chaotic.
Never sloppy.
The aesthetic rejects visible loss of control.
Romance
Somewhere during the night:
a man enters who represents the masculine counterpart.
He:
* smells expensive
* speaks calmly
* texts inconsistently
* watches her carefully
* pays without discussing money
* emotionally reveals himself in fragments
Their chemistry exists mostly in implication.
The attraction comes from:
* emotional ambiguity
* mutual restraint
* private recognition
* knowing they both understand the same world
A lot of these relationships never fully materialize.
That’s part of the aesthetic.
Late night
This is the emotional core.
2:11AM.
Backseat of a black SUV.
City lights reflecting on glass.
Music low.
This is where the lifestyle feels most “real” to her.
Not the money.
Not the fashion.
The feeling:
of being temporarily understood.
Then eventually:
* she goes home
* removes makeup slowly
* scrolls through photos
* replays interactions mentally
* listens to sad music
* ignores one text intentionally
* answers another immediately
And underneath all the beauty, control, luxury, and mystique is the central tension of the aesthetic:
She wants intimacy desperately —
but only if she can remain emotionally safe, desirable, and impossible to fully possess.
Think “Taz’s Angels” but more NYC socialite adjacent - less “escort” presenting
The Aesthetic
She wakes up late enough to feel rested, early enough to still feel disciplined. The apartment is quiet, clean, minimal, expensive-looking without trying too hard. Neutral tones. Low lighting. A city view if possible.
First thing she does is check her phone — not to chase attention, but to observe it. A few unread texts. Instagram notifications. Maybe someone she ignored last night trying again this morning.
Her mornings are soft and slow:
iced coffee or matcha, skincare, music playing low in the background. Usually Sade, Jhené Aiko, or an unreleased-sounding PARTYNEXTDOOR track.
She spends time maintaining herself:
pilates, gym, stretching, long showers, body oils, hair appointments, beauty routines. Looking good is less about vanity and more about control.
Her work life is flexible or aesthetic-adjacent:
remote work, content creation, beauty, fashion, marketing, music industry, entrepreneurship, or something that allows freedom and personal branding.
During the day she’s mostly lowkey.
Coffee shops. Running errands in sunglasses. Laptop open somewhere aesthetic. AirPods in. Posting selectively online. She moves like someone who knows being overexposed ruins intrigue.
She spends money on convenience and experience:
Uber Black, quality food, skincare, fragrances, workouts, reservations, travel plans, little luxuries that make life feel cinematic.
Her social circle is small.
One best friend she tells everything to.
A few people she goes out with occasionally.
Men interested in her constantly orbiting but rarely fully accessing her.
As evening approaches, the energy shifts.
Hair touched up. Makeup soft but intentional. Outfit clean, fitted, effortless. Usually dark colors, leather, heels, oversized jackets, or elevated basics.
The night might become:
a rooftop dinner,
a lounge,
a private section,
a studio session,
a hotel bar,
a late-night drive,
or staying in with candles, wine, and music while ignoring texts she could answer if she wanted to.
Romance in her life is emotionally charged but undefined.
A lot of “come see me.”
A lot of chemistry.
A lot of people trying to figure her out.
By 1AM she’s either outside under city lights or home alone romanticizing her life through music, Pinterest boards, journaling, online shopping, or staring out the window thinking about who she’s becoming.
The lifestyle looks glamorous from the outside.
But underneath it is really about one thing:
Wanting to feel adored, untouchable, emotionally significant, and free at the same time.
I’m frustrated. My mother and her high anxiety and attitude can be too much sometimes. I’m gonna go for a walk.
I’m supposed to be getting ready to go out with my mom but wait—one more thing before I leave because I HAVE to talk about this.
So yesterday I took shrooms.
Which normally? Fine. Lovely even. Usually I have a pretty good time because I’m social, outside, distracted, giggling at random things.
But yesterday?
Oh no.
Yesterday I decided to take shrooms… and then about two hours later smoke from my bong.
And the level of cross-faded I achieved?
Absolutely sinister.
Like immediately turned me off drugs. Instantly. I’m talking this 👌🏾 close to swearing off weed altogether because WHAT was that experience.
At one point I looked in the mirror and saw myself in horrifying HD.
You know those Instagram filters that show every pore, every texture, every tiny imperfection on your face? That’s what I looked like. Just aggressively human.
And I finally understand why people say don’t look in the mirror on shrooms because BABY…
They are correct.
At one point it genuinely looked like the mirror itself was moving. Like breathing. Existing independently from me.
Terrible. Horrific. Educational.
And meanwhile my body is having what felt like seventeen panic attacks back-to-back while mentally I’m sitting there trying to reassure myself like:
“No one has ever overdosed on shrooms. You are okay. This will end eventually.”
Which did help.
But ohmygod.
That was THE psychedelic experience of the century.
Like genuinely one of those moments where you sit there and realize maybe you need to let up on the substances a little bit because why was I fighting for my life spiritually in my own bathroom.
Anyway.
Lesson learned.
Probably.
Maybe.
We’ll revisit this statement in a few business days 😂

Be a Samantha. Not a Carrie.
Stuck up has such a negative connotation
I don’t care
