Sometimes walking helps

How do you stop thinking about someone all the time? When every little thing you enjoy or see reminds you of them. When every place you want to go reminds you of them. When everything you watch you wanted them to see with you. When everyone asks you about them. When you reach in your pocket and find tickets and stubs from your time with them. When you go through your cupboards and find gifts from them. When the clothes you wear were her favourites. When the stars in the sky are reminders of times you sat together and looked up and felt at home.

I used to dream of her every night but for the past couple of months the dreams have been so rare. The last couple of nights since it ended I've dreamt of her constantly. And last night was the worst. I woke up hourly and I feel like every time I did it was from a dream about her.
