I’m sad. Danny and I are in a fight and I’m sad. I’m sad because I think I really hurt his feelings. I’m sad because his baggage is so heavy for me. I’m sad because I want this to work. I’m sad because what if it’s too hard? And I’m sad because what if it’s not a right match?

I told myself that if and when that chance arose I wouldn’t want to start again unless you were all in, so to speak and that I couldn’t ask you to be all in unless I was in a place where I could be all in.
