I’m frequently contacted via email or phone about brain scans. Now brain scans in Nuclear Medicine can mean a lot of things because each drug we inject tests a different part of the brain.

But what people want to know is if I can diagnose depression, bi-polar mood disorder, addiction. And yes I can. But so can a good psychologist.

Vacancy/position available: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Requirements: - BRad Hons Nuclear Medicine or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years private practice experience - PET-CT experience (not an absolute requirement)

Duties: - Perform day-to-day general medicine scans - Perform PET-CT scans - General assistance with reception

Salary: - Negotiable according to experience level (tiered salary) - Can be structured to meet your needs
