Tall Stepped Frogs are one of the most intelligent of the species as they can walk on two legs and speak with a mouth that they have on the fronts of their heads. Stilt Legged Frogs on the other hand are a dumb species, they walk on all fours and have glowing eyes on the front top parts of their heads
