I got the notification that I've had this blog for eleven years! Wild! Eleven years ago I was a completely different person living a completely different life. Back then I thought I was living pretty good, but now that I'm actually happy and safe and calm and medicated, I can see just how miserable I was. I think that came across in some of my old posts, tbh. I'm sorry if I acted condescending and rude back then, I know it pissed some people off. I'm not that kind of person anymore. It's shocking to see those old posts; it doesn't even sound like me.

But I want to thank those of you who have stuck around for so long. You're the real ones. I hope something in my blog has sat with you enough to make critical thoughts and decisions involving anything paranormal or witchy. I really wanted to create a revolution to remove the stigmas around Ouija boards in popular culture, but let's be real, that's never going to happen when there are large religious organizations banking off of it. The only difference I can make is educating all you guys here on Tumblr, and then all of you calling it out whenever you see it in the wild.

But I'll stop rambling. Happy birthday, blog. My actual human birthday was a week and a half ago, and my YouTube channel's birthday is in a few days. I guess I get creative in Augusts. It's a good time to grow and thrive.

It doesn't mean anything. It was probably someone trying to spook you by doing 666 upside down. Apparently their attempt to scare you didn't work. Better luck next time, spirit.

Hi- I hope you can help me!

No matter how many times I’ve tried playing ouija it won’t work, but when I played it several years ago it worked every single time. Now I’m doing it alone, but prior I had a friend to play with. I’ve tried desperately pleading at this point but get absolutely nothing! I’m completely lost on what to do. I have a specific entity in mind I want to contact, but they won’t answer, and when I’ve asked for anything else to speak, I still get nothing over and over again. I’m using the same materials I always have (just pen paper and a coin). And I’ll try to warm up the board for a good half hour, but still nothing.

Playing the board alone doesn't work for most people. In fact, I wouldn't trust people who do things like post videos of them playing alone, as it's highly likely they're faking.

Please do not use the board to reach out to someone in particular. If you do ever successfully play again, you're far more likely to contact someone pretending to be them than the actual person, especially if you're trying to talk to some mythical figure like Zeus or whatever. Zeus won't talk to you on the Ouija board, like ever. Ouija boards are for getting in contact with someone random.

Also, warming up the board doesn't do anything. That was invented for the horror movie Ouija. It's not a thing, but if it works for you, then go for it.

hello this might sound really stupid seeing as this is my first time doing anything paranormal but i LOVED IT! little back story before the question. lastnight me and some friends went to the haunted silver run tunnel and only me and one of my other friends were seeing shadow figures in the tunnel. later on we played the ouija board since i’ve been so interested for years. well we got something that claimed to be a 4 year old girl named M A K S the board only worked when me and my friend who seen what i seen in the tunnel used it. and the planchette pretty much was flying across the board with us. anyway my gf told us to ask if it was human or not and so my friend did and the answer was no. i wasn’t too happy about them asking. either way when we wanted to end and asked to say goodbye it kept moving to yes than no then yes to no repeatedly and so we forced it closed. we used the board 4 times talking to this one spirit and only once didn’t willingly close the portal. just wanted to make sure there’s nothing to worry about since i haven’t done this before.

Things that aren't human don't interact with Ouija boards. It's only human spirits. You had someone who was causing mischief by saying they weren't and going back and forth to things to try to scare you. You're totally fine. There's no portal and nothing "bad" will happen to you if you don't end the game "right".

Our neighbor came to us yesterday and asked if we knew anyone who wanted a kitten.

There was a former sanitarium that was apparently haunted in my neighborhood, ghost adventures went there once lol. the city tore it down like 10 years ago. now there’s just an empty lot and the big tree out front. I had never been inside but if there really were ghosts there, would they still be doing their routines even if the building no longer exists? can that spiritual energy still remain?

It's possible. Just be careful that if you plan to go out there and find out, it's most likely private property or city property and you could be trespassing. The living are 100% more dangerous than the dead 100% of the time.

You're wrong on a lot of the stuff you post. You say you cant see spirits clearly and that you have to be born with it. I didnt have any psychic abilities, but i can see spirits physically and communicate just fine with them. and they can have sex btw, they have very high sex drives. I'm lovers with 9 astral women, a Succubus, Elf, Tentacle Demoness, Neko, two Psychic vampires, Nympho, Djinn, and Angel ;p. I'm very confirmed, been to a psychologist, and shared with many psychics. I doubt you.
