As a non-native speaker, I love how some English words are just so… accurate. Fitting? Sometimes you hear or read a word and then you learn its meaning and it’s just yes! That’s right! This is what that word means! As it should!

It’s so bad out there. Especially the quality, it’s like every brand is fucking Spirit Halloween now. At least we can still reuse and repurpose things, or avoid the slop brands altogether. Carhartt and Arborwear are still decent at least, and they have actual pockets.

yeah i want to emphasize this was not a quirky outsider art project, this was just yet another case of an abusive father raising children in captivity in an attempt to exert total control and, in this case, the weird prophecy. he forced them to do this, they hated doing it, and all of them tried to get as far away from it as possible as adults. they never touched any of it again after he died, except for a few "reunions" and so on in response to there being public demand and money offered. as far as i know the father was the one who "wrote" all the music, and when he rented the studio to record the "album" he forced them to do take after take with almost no rest. the audio engineer who was working during the recording period describes them as behaving robotically and said that every take sounded identical
