I’m not allowed to journal anymore

my dad called me in aldi & he's probably just drunk. he calls me again in the wine section & he asks if i'm sitting down. my cat of 15 years died & he's on the way home to bury her in the meadow . . Sunglasses on at the register. came home & d is like i grilled tofu on the bbq. thanks i bought toilet cleaner. also my cat died . this week has been a test. got a new diagnosis & red-carded by my doctor . again. nearly got my disability benefits cut. my best friend freaked out on me & is trying to act like nothing happened . my ex tried to make contact & i nearly fainted when the notification rolled in. my insides are practically rotting. but good things are happening too i suppose. started back at work & got a lot of hugs. reading. bought a new old laptop for cheap . so i am writing also. & watching a lot of movies. this week we watched : the thing (nauseating, i went to bed feeling ill), the mouth of madness (to pay homage to sam neill) , summer of sam, because we couldnt be bothered to go the the cinema to see it

Stopped taking anti psychotic & started showing signs of psychosis. No way

Our whole street has had the nature strip dug up by construction workers & we bought 20kg of pretty winter flower seeds to throw onto the fresh soil

I don’t really have faith in people who don’t have snacks in their car

Had the most Sunday Sunday ever ; ate two breakfasts’, opened up all the windows, raked the garden , downed some electrolytes, read & journaled under the gazebo, played with the cats, listened to 4 albums, spoke to a friend on the phone, snacked on expensive stolen cheese . Made a really big effort to try & get my vitals as stable as possible before my Dr’s appointment tomorrow lol. Didn’t even drink a drop of wine
