Current nighttime routine;stare at the candle that’s been burning for 3 weeks, twirl around in one spot until dinner is decided, read &/or journal for an hour, share bottle of wine optional, watch 2 episodes of Girls on the projector, goodnight hug until someone’s back cracks

Far out it’s so freezing .. big pot of soup on the stove .. need to buy some gloves but I’m too lazy to cut off the index fingers & sew them shut

Our whole street has had the nature strip dug up by construction workers & we bought 20kg of pretty winter flower seeds to throw onto the fresh soil

I don’t really have faith in people who don’t have snacks in their car

Had the most Sunday Sunday ever ; ate two breakfasts’, opened up all the windows, raked the garden , downed some electrolytes, read & journaled under the gazebo, played with the cats, listened to 4 albums, spoke to a friend on the phone, snacked on expensive stolen cheese . Made a really big effort to try & get my vitals as stable as possible before my Dr’s appointment tomorrow lol. Didn’t even drink a drop of wine

Ugh some guy was holding up traffic this morning because he was puking over the side of the freeway so I got to work late & then got spat on & called ugly lol. Clocked off work ate a burger with my friend in the park, got a call telling me one of my support groups has been cut & i am devastated for the members & my manager was like I’m sorry this will decrease ur hours like I don’t care I don’t care this means nothing comparatively ..then my sister sent me a very out of character heart felt message telling me how proud she is of me , cried until I felt ill, drove home into the sunset , sat under the gazebo w D until it was dark & the fairy lights came on . Wine has been poured, pastels are on the table. Once again things will be ok. I guess

O.k I had my two day long mental collapse but slept until 9:00am & now I can feel my brain again
