Karen’s Nappy Humiliation at 39 years old !

Still being made to wear NAPPIES at 39 was humiliating enough for Karen.  Every night before bedtime Karen would have to lay on a nappy-changing mat as her strict Mummy put a nappy and PLASTIC PANTS on Karen like a baby ! And every morning 39 year-old Karen would wake up in a WET NAPPY ! Everything about still wearing NAPPIES at 39 was humiliating for Karen.

But today was going to be extra humiliating for Karen, because her sister & her sister’s boyfriend were coming over, & her Mum had decided it was time that they both knew that Karen had been put back into NAPPIES like a baby !

Karen had been absolutely horrified when her Mum had told her this, & that her nappy-wearing would no longer be kept a secret from her younger sister, & had pleaded with her Mum not to humiliate her like this.

“Please Mummy, don't tell them I still have to wear a NAPPY ! “ begged Karen. “It’d be so humiliating if they know I’m still in NAPPIES like a baby at my age !! ”. But Karen’s Mum was unmoved, and teased Karen as she told her what was going to happen that weekend when her sister & her boyfriend came to stay.

“Oh Karen I’m not going to tell them that even at 39 years old you still wear NAPPIES, you silly little baby !! " laughed her Mum.

"Mummy won’t need to say a word, silly baby Karen ! Because you’ll be wearing just what you are now, so they’ll see you in your NAPPY !! They’ll BOTH be able to SEE that you’re still in nappies & plastic pants Karen, even at 39 !! ”

“Mummy nooo !! ” pleaded Karen again, almost in tears at the thought of them both seeing her wearing a nappy & plastic pants like she was still a baby !

“Not only will they both see that you’re still wearing NAPPIES Karen, but when you wet your nappy they're going to watch you getting your nappy changed !! Imagine that Karen ! Your sister & her boyfriend are going to see you laying on your plastic nappy-change mat, with your legs held up in the air like a baby, as Mummy gives Baby Karen a nappy-change at 39 years old !! ”

As she listened to her Mum’s words, Karen could no longer hold back her tears, & began to cry at the prospect of nappy-changes in front of her sister’s boyfriend and her sister. It would be so humiliating for poor Karen ! Not only would they both know that Karen had been put back into NAPPIES like a baby, but when she had wet her nappy they were going to watch 39 year-old Karen getting her wet nappy changed like a baby as she lay on a plastic nappy change mat ! 39 year-old Karen knew she was going to be totally humiliated this weekend.   

And her Mum still had a few more humiliating punishments to tell Karen about .   “I think I might ask them if they would like to help change your nappy Karen ! Would you like that Baby Karen ? Getting them to both change your nappy ? They’ll also check your nappies whenever they want to Karen, to see if your nappy is wet !! Putting their hands inside your babyish plastic pants to check if Karen has saturated her nappy like a baby even at 39 years old !! Mummy is also going to smack your bottom in front of them too ! A bare bottom spanking for naughty little baby Karen as she’s held down across Mummy’s knee !! "
