An original song. The idea behind these videos is that I'm playing all the instruments, and treating it like a live performance. There is no editing or autotune, and every part is recorded start to finish in one take. This is what human-beings making music sounds like, mistakes and all.

I wrote this at the back end of the punk revival at the end of the 1980s. At the time, I made the decision to just loosen up and play. It didn't need to be complicated. It didn't need to be perfect. It needed to be spontaneous.
