Today, we celebrate 8 years as The Moon Life. Holy shit, that’s a long time. I appreciate everyone who has supported over the course of that time. Whether just by words of encouragement or kindness, or actually buying and sharing with friends and family. Not sure how much work people understand goes into something like this when you do it on your own, but I definitely couldn’t do it with our all of you. Seems like a lifetime ago that I started this thing up, all stemming from a project I had in a graphic design class where we had to make an advertisement poster and brochure for a made up company. I made The Moon Life, and came up with 4 shirt designs, a poster and brochure in a week. A few years later, finally screenprinted some of those shirts and started doing the thing. Looking back, I’m a much different person than I was back then, and that’s to be expected. You may have noticed some silence from me recently. Over the past year, I’ve been thinking about what Moon Life means to me today, and thinking back to what it meant to me when I was 22 and dreaming of it. Im going to be taking a little bit of time to breathe and regroup, and think about my intentions with the Moon Life.
