More cat studies! 🐈 This lesson featured a wonderfully cute model named Tobi. We had to draw him in three different styles, and it was such a fun exercise in simplifying and exaggerating his features.

Maybe it’s too early, but I already feel fall in the air. 🍂 It always brings a little heaviness for me with it, so you’ll probably be seeing this sweet OC; Emery more often. As he helps me navigate through it. 🦊

I think this character started as a quick sketch back in 2020. She’s a forger/blacksmith, and honestly… I have no idea why I made her. I think I just wanted an excuse to paint something that glowed. ✨

This is actually a redraw of an old character design I made back in 2015 (or maybe 2016). 🍌🍨 She started as a personified banana split, and I thought it’d be fun to revisit her. It definitely feels good to see how much I’ve improved over the years, and I honestly love the style I chose for this piece. 💕
