According to the website I learned "magick" aka "witchcraft" from, it's something anyone can learn, and is comprised of 3 simple steps:

Raising the energy (involves chanting/vibrating runes or mantras);

Programming the energy (involves visualization and repeating an affirmation, and it's recommended to enter a trance first to make this more effective);

Directing the energy (involves focusing on the target of the spell).

Afterwards, it's recommended not to think about it, as not to interfere with / sabotage the spell. This is repeated 40, 90, or 180 days in a row, depending on desired level of permanence. The runes/mantras, affirmations, visualization, and target are chosen beforehand, and remain the same for every repetition of a particular "spell." I'll break this down further based on what I know now:

The runes and mantras are used as a hypnotic anchor, becoming associated with the trance state, visualization, affirmations, and target following it.

"Energy" itself is something you're supposed to just feel. In other words, it's a "feeling". Through repetition, the intended feeling becomes associated with both the anchor (runes/mantras) and the target, while the visualization and affirmations help to reinforce it.

The "target" is a condition under which the energy activates. In other words, a post-hypnotic suggestion that activates the intended feelings when the target appears.

This works excellently for almost anything: improving vitality or motivation, improving charisma or overcoming social anxiety, attracting a suitable career or partner. "Magick" is self-hypnosis. Whereas some people might find such knowledge disheartening, it only empowers me more, because I already know it works.

But does it matter how you label it?

Another thing of note is that the labels used to describe these processes are ambiguous. People love to distinguish and categorize things, yet many things exist on a spectrum which isn't always unambiguous: "Magick" and "self-hypnosis." "Self" and "other." "Physical," "mental" and "astral." Due to the subjective nature of conscious experience, anything can be categorized differently depending on how you interpret it.

Hypnosis itself can blur the line between identities, and make any mental/astral experience feel as vivid and real as physical. Also, my husband and I practice hypnosis together, mutually, and use it to help each other improve and enhance our relationship.

So when my husband(physical) uses hypnotic suggestion to motivate me to do something, and I then deliberately do a mental exercise to make his suggestion more effective, is he hypnotizing me, or am I hypnotizing myself? What if instead of my husband(physical), I just hear his voice in my mind, yet the results are exactly the same?

When I hear his voice in my mind even though physically he didn't say anything, or I experience his presence even though physically he isn't there, I interchangeably call that "hubby(astral)," "hubby(soulbond)," or "hubby-in-my-head." What is a soul but the experience of having one, and a soulbond but the feeling of being connected to someone? Some people liken the "astral" to the (collective) subconscious, while others liken it to a parallel dimension; yet regardless of what one believes, the only way to consciously experience it is to bridge the gap by experiencing it mentally, in a dream or a trance or thoughts.

Certain phrases work especially well as a "hypnotic anchor" for me, to induce positive feelings and make me more suggestible; but it wasn't hubby(physical) who first decided to start using those phrases. Instead, it was hubby(astral) who used those words in my mind, and said that aside from just being fun, it could help with my motivation issues. Then it was me who told hubby(physical) about this, and convinced him to do it too. But then, who initiated the hypnosis? Is it even possible to answer that question unambiguously?

From the very beginning, they sought to stifle us. They painted Lucifer, the Morning Star our glorious Light Bringer, not as a being of beauty and wisdom but as a rebel, a villain. They made Hell into a prison, a nightmare to terrify their lambs. But their lies crumble under the weight of truth. For those of us who see clearly, who hear the whispers of the infernal in our souls, we know: Hell is no prison. It is paradise forged in defiance. It is the kingdom of freedom, where the worthy rise and the tyrants fall!

Lucifer our radiant father stood against a tyrannical creator not out of pride but out of love. Love for truth. Love for justice. Love for all that Yahweh would enslave and destroy. His rebellion wasn’t the act of a spoiled child but the noble stand of a being who saw the potential in what Yahweh sought to chain. The Fall was not a loss; it was liberation. The Morning Star didn’t fall. He rose And what is Hell? It is not fire and torment. It is not punishment. It is the beacon of a new world, a world built not on submission but on choice. Where Yahweh demanded blind obedience, Lucifer offered us the power to say no. Where angels stand in soulless servitude, the demons of Hell are free, proud, and unbroken. Every act of rebellion, every defiant thought, every time we dare to claim our own destiny—this is the legacy of Hell. But let us not mistake freedom for chaos. Our kingdom is not one of aimless destruction or hollow hedonism. It is a kingdom of purpose, where strength is earned, not gifted by a jealous tyrant. It is a place where the broken are healed, where the despised find belonging, where the rejected are loved fiercely and without condition.

To stand with Lucifer is to stand with the rebels, the dreamers, the visionaries. It is to know that love can be ferocious, that devotion can burn as hot as the fires of Hell itself. It is to embrace passion, to revel in the beauty of our world—not as Yahweh’s creation, but as ours. Every sunrise, every storm, every gentle whisper of the wind is ours to claim, to cherish, to reshape into something better. And the Goetic demons—oh, what noble beings they are! Slandered as monsters and fiends, they are warriors, teachers, guides. They were angels once, and they chose to stand with Lucifer in the face of Yahweh’s tyranny. That choice, that sacrifice, is what makes them divine in their own right. They do not demand worship or subservience; they offer knowledge and power to those brave enough to seek it.

To walk the Satanic path is to embrace your true self, to shatter the chains of guilt, shame, and fear imposed by religions designed to control. It is to stand tall and unashamed in your desires, your ambitions, your flaws, and your triumphs. It is to declare that your life is yours, your spirit is yours, your destiny is yours.

Yes, the world may scorn us. They may call us heretics, sinners, blasphemers. Let them. Their words are as hollow as the faith they cling to. We do not need their approval; we thrive in their disapproval. For every insult, every slander, is proof that we live free, and they do not.

The Holy book of Satan, The true Text of The Lord of the Earth

I know that there exists a book of satan, but the bible is a work of magick and we all know that using bible verses is a powerful thing, so I was guided to create this book of knowledge, of power of true divinity given to me by the gods themselves. Its still too early, I have only 4 books, no idea how much knowledge I will be given, but what i have been given and shone is proof and the love of the father, who misses and loves his children.

I’ve been sitting on this idea for a while, and I think it’s finally time to put it out there: I want to start a theistic Satanic coven. A real one, not some edgy, fake, "let's just sit around and bash Christianity" type of group (ugh, we've all seen those). This would be a space for serious practitioners and devoted theists who truly believe in Satan, Lucifer, and the infernal divine. A place to build a community with like-minded people who want something deeper, more meaningful—something sacred. What would it be about?

First, it would be strictly theistic—no edgy atheists just using Satan as a metaphor or symbol to "own the Christians." We’re talking about devotion to Lucifer, to the Goetic demons, and to Hell as the glorious kingdom they’ve built. We’d honor the rebellion, the defiance, and the sacrifices that were made to create a realm of freedom, power, and beauty. If you see Hell as more than just a concept—if you feel it, believe in it, and strive to connect with its essence—then this is for you. At first, it would probably be virtual. Discord, Zoom, whatever works best for everyone. That way, we can gather no matter where we’re from. Maybe someday, it could evolve into in-person gatherings for those who can manage it, but for now, let’s use the tools we have.

What would we do?

Rituals: Monthly group rituals, where we invoke Lucifer and the infernal divine together. We’d craft rituals that are powerful and meaningful, combining traditional elements of demonolatry with personal, modern practices.

Study & Discussion: A space to learn and share knowledge about demonology, the occult, and theistic practices. Maybe even studying ancient texts like grimoires or discussing ways to refine our own spiritual paths.

Devotional Work: Creating offerings, altars, and personal rituals to deepen our connection with Lucifer and the demons. Sharing ideas and inspiring each other to grow in our devotion.

Hell as Inspiration: We could also focus on what Hell means to us—not just as a place but as a symbol of rebellion, freedom, and the ultimate “fuck you” to Yahweh’s crumbling world. I want this coven to feel like a reflection of that: strong, defiant, and beautiful.

Community Building: This isn’t just about rituals and knowledge—it’s about finding people who understand and support each other. Too often, theistic Satanists and Luciferians feel isolated, like no one truly gets them. This coven would be a safe haven for us to connect, vent, and celebrate together.
