top 5 tips 1. Put effort into your appearance. It helps to look mature and that you know what you're doing. 2. If it's cold enough, bring a poofy coat to conceal stuff under. If it's not in season for a coat, maybe bring a light jacket. If you have to go without anything, just be extra careful and do your best to find a safe blindspot.3. Be friendly with the SA's and don't act suspicious. Act like any other shopper interested in potentially purchasing a product.4. Look at price tags and swatch things (if you're in a makeup/beauty store). 5. Bring a nice looking big structured purse. I bring other shopping bags (like small vs bags or Sephora bags) in my purse so if I run out of space in my purse, I can expand into the extra shopping bags. it also looks less suspicious because it looks like you purchased something.These are the tips I use in order to prepare for "shopping". I noticed that at most MAC stores (or anywhere they sell mac like Macy’s or Nordstrom’s), they have the brushes out in the open on a shelf, so you can just look for the brush you want and grab it. I would recommend taking two brushes at a time; Taking one discretely, and putting the other one back so it looks like you were just looking at it. Sometimes I get a little bit impatient so I just grab one and hope for the best, but that’s worked out for me too. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions :) Hope this helps💕
