Pete - probably feels embarrassed at first. He has confidence issues so he worries he’ll get rejected and the other person may have to live with his death on their conscience. Ted had hanahaki before and was like “Pete this is bullshit you have to do something and I know you’re smart enough to not get yourself killed over this” so he confesses

Grace - denial denial denial denial denial. She will die fucking die with that shit. Take it to her grave. She’ll also feel shame over experiencing attraction strong enough to warrant the disease. If she does confess it’s to blame the other person for tempting her, but again, she probably doesn’t confess and thus the denial train.
