I'm so happy with how koisenu futari ends. Yes, it'd have been nice if they both ended living together, but why give up one thing when you can have both? I think the idea Takahashi had of only been able to be in their qpr when living together was bit related to the alloromantic concept of living together as a mandatory step in a relationship (that and his fear of change). I like how they also kind of ended up with Kazu too since the three of them create a very balanced relationship and I headcannon Kazu as aromantic allosexual.
