Fun little ditty I filmed for y’all in the gym… Enjoy the Mambo!! 🤗 Add a 5min. cardio warmup of your choice and 10 min of deep stretching afterward. Weights can be adjusted to suit your needs. Try to complete the circuit 3 Times!! 30 Bosu crunches w/3lb Pilates ball btwn knees 15 opposite elbow to knee on Bosu, 3lb Pilates ball behind working knee. Repeat other side. 20 Arm up n down in elbow plank on Bosu w/3lb. Repeat other side. 20 Mid-back rows in low squat w/10Lbs 10 back lunge into knee up w/bicep curl 8lbs. Repeat other side. 10 shoulder flys w/hip abduction w/band and 5lbs.
