The album we’re funding, “Swearing is Caring,” is full of wonderfully nerdy, feminist, LGBTQIAP+-inclusive comedy music, plus a lot of swearing, because #Big2019Mood, y'all.

It’s got songs about libraries, anxiety, what not to say after sex, mansplaining, catcalling, Star Trek, Harry Potter, and more.

Because we’ve met stretch goals, everyone who backs the Kickstarter gets bonus stuff, too:

1. All physical-reward-level backers will receive a “Swearing is Caring” sticker

‘Maenad’ - Apora Poe, cleric of Dionysus

I had wanted to try a full-on Baroque/Renaissance style portrait, so Apora is depicted as a Maenad, pouring out her wine as libations for her god, Dionysus. She is based on a painting by the Flemish Baroque artist Peter Paul Rubens, and I learned a lot about digital painting in doing this picture.

Let me repeat that one more time for these wannabe Samuel Seabury’s:

I haven’t seen a single instance of a blackface attempt by white cosplayers in this fandom. NOT ONE. I have white cosplay friends who are kickass Jeffersons, Hamiltons and Elizas. Another white friend of mine is paying me several hundred dollars to commission Eliza from me. I am considered an expert in 18th Century cosplay by the people who know me best, hence the commission. How dare you accuse me and my friends I of perpetuating racism when all we’re doing is having fun?!?!?!

UNLESS YOU ARE LIN’S LAWYERS HANDING ME A CEASE AND DESIST, YOUR POLICING DOESN’T MEAN SHIT! YOUR TROLLING IS FOR NAUGHT BECAUSE THERE IS NO CULTURAL APPROPRIATION OR BLACKFACE. YOUR “POINT” IS A STRAWMAN DESIGNED TO BULLY PEOPLE AND THIS ANGELICA ISN’T GOING TO STAND FOR IT!
