"Have you seen the new Hamel Livehouse attire?" Yes. Yes I have... And my reaction was that... I was FOAMING AT THE MOUTH.
Im sorry to Summer, Milly, and Necresta Hella. But the moment i saw a post with the livehouse attires, once i saw a specific shade of blue hair and that specific ethreal looking face, I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO LOOK, STARE, BAWL MY EYES OUT AND FAN GIRL OVER THE SHEER PRETINESS OF HOW HAMEL LOOKED, AND SAVED THE PICTURE.
I have this strong headcanon (that I've noticed recently) that... The Carnival Trio, pretty much, when it comes to each other in general, transcends beyond the labels of "romantic" and "platonic".
Yes, Void's yearning is very much evident w/ hamel. So sure, you can fit Void and her into the "romantic" label as a pairing. Though this doesn't mean they cant be platonic either (obviously), like how a protective best friend looks at their other best friend, ykyk?
Same with Misery and Hamel, actually. Mainly, I interpret their dynamic as platonic, not preferring to interpret their dynamic romantically. Though, this doesn't mean im against it entirely.
If anything, it'd be interesting to see. I'd draw the two as a ship pairing as a joke, lol. XDD
Its either the middle ground between "romantic" and "platonic", or something else that only belongs to the Carnival Trio. Not exactly platonic, not exactly romantic. Just "love" beyond labels.
It doesnt matter. They probably care for each other so much, they just want to be together—in general.
QUICK RANT: I'VE BEEN ADORING AND BAWLING OVER THIS PART EVER SINCE IN HAMEL'S INTERRO. LIKE,,,
When she finally, FINALLY finds happiness—genuine trust in someone aka the Chief, who slowly and will continue to help Hamel find her true self like with the others, LOOK AT MISERY AND VOID PUPPET BC OMG😭😭😭💓💓
Misery Puppet being so content that she has finally found an "audience" once more, that they aren't her "last audience", rather now they are now called "her previous audience". ITS THE FACT THAT HAMEL IS NOW IN AN ENVIRONMENT, SURROUNDED WITH PEOPLE (Sinners, staff of the MBCC) THAT ARE GENUINE, TRUE, AND THOUGH BROKEN LIKE HER, THEY EMBRACE THAT BROKENESS. 😭😭😭 She finally found people that accept her true nature...🥹🥹
AND THEN WITH VOID PUPPET. VOID PUPPET ESPECIALLY. BECAUSE OH MY GOODNESS...Look at how hes focusing more on her well-being. He's so relieved that Hamel is no longer being coerced, being exploited for the higher-ups own good, and just... Being treated with the bare minimum kindness that she deserved ever since, receiving it from others asides from them in the Carnival. He is so glad that her heart is playing her own, joyful tune. Its showing how Hamel is genuinely happy now, and though (I believe) she still loves the corruptors in the Carnival deep down, she is now equally as happy even if they're no longer there for her. 🥹🥹 She let go almost of her attachment to the Carnival in a gentle, healthy, and accepting way.
Those are HER PROTECTORS !!! No, HER RIDE OR DIES😭😭😭🫶🫶🫶 THE PROTECTORS SEE HER ALMOST LIKE A SISTER FOR THEM😭😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹🫶🫶🫶

Hamel in general has became very important for me, especially in my life. Although I didn't immediately start liking her at first, her character went full-on impact on me as the days, months, and the following years went by.<3
For me, no sinner hits as hard as does Hamel. Theres just some charm and aura within her character that draws me in. I love how her looks, to her voice, to the role she plays, to even the smallest details of hers (like how she likes icecream and the jellyfish themes revolving around her) suits who she is as a person in the PTN universe soo much !! Everything about her is so captivating... And yes, im still here waiting for her white dress costume to become an official attire (PLS AISNO)
I wish AISNO could delve into her lore a little bittt moree.... More of what Hamel's family was like pls! And just... Yeah HAMEL CONTENT !!!!

I find it so heart-clenching the way Void Puppet talks about Hamel. We didn't even ask about her (probably) and he decided to speak of her to us. Why? Just because.
Like hey guys. 7-10 cutscene "Void", and not even what... 10 seconds in?? After his little introduction?? And hes already asking us if we wanna watch HAMEL dance?! Hello aren't you supposed to be on protecting duty?!😭😭
Like... Okay sure?? Im willing to?? Are you trying to recruit me into the secretly-but actually not so secretly-disguised Hamel fanclub???
And it gets even worse from here. Because tell me. THE GAME DESCRIBES HIM BEING "INFATUATED." IN-FA-TU-ATEDDDDD WITH HAMELLL???!!! AGHHH !!!! LIKE HELLO?!
"He looks at Hamel in an infatuated manner." We then proceed to get hit with the most yearning-lovestruck-hopeless romantic estimated 2 minute scene of him talking about Hamel. What a gaslight AISNO. Gaslight of all-time.
It gets worse from here. Why. How?? If you read through this cutscene, he tells us that he has long lost meaning in basically everything. Okay? Take note of that.
He's been so numb for so long, he is clinging onto what should be an emptiness that can never ever be filled. Unless...
BAM! HAMEL!! And guess what. HERE. LOOK AT HOW HE TALKS ABOUT HAMEL. PAY ATTENTION. OKAY?? READ IT THOROUGHLY.
Like yes of course, not only is he apprecative of what Hamel has done for them. The Carnival corruptors are included in the faction too. But why the hail does he sound the most grateful and apprecative of them all?!
Its even in his voice too (ESPECIALLY the english dub. Go read through it in the english dub I STRONGLY advise you to.) You can hear the gentleness in his voice. The gentleness that only appears subtly when speaking about a person he loves most.
I also think that out of the 3 protectors, Void seems to be the most dedicated out of all of them. Misery seems to be dedicated in a strongly-bounded sense (??? If ykyk...??)
^ Going back to this one though, this to me sounds like Void Puppet intentionally trying his best to sneak a "I love you" in his own way.
^ The compliments are probably actual opinions from those in Eastside, Discity, whatever. But for some reason I feel like Void Puppet sneaked in HIS own compliments in this one.
