"Love your neighbor as yourself" will be equated to "you can't love others unless you love yourself" as is the culture of self-love, contradicting all Christ has taught.
But rather, love your neighbor as you love yourself so much that when you are thirsty you quench your thirst, when you're hungry you make food without second thought. Love your neighbor as if the neighbor is you, as if you are sharing their hunger and feel it yourself, a love that doesn't think of itself, a love that sees and acts first. Love that is automatic. Helping others should be thoughtless for you, the same way eating and sleeping is.
To be fulfilled is to forget yourself. You love God, you love your neighbor so much, that you don't give yourself much thought.
