my suggestion is always energy work because it is incredibly versatile and you don't need any tools at all. i would start with meditation, grounding, and centering and then move on to actually manipulating the energy. it's worth a try. for the latter, try a road opening spell. and perhaps meditation could also help ease some of your stress. best of luck!
