"Well, if that's the case, right this way." He would open the small separator to allow her into the back, and then through an actual door into the back storage room. "No one else comes back here but me, so this is as secure as it can be."

"I appreciate the offer, but I may stand..." She said, and shifted from one leg to the other. Pacing a few steps looking at him.

"Can't be too careful is all, and I know better than to risk it," he said with a shrug. His eyes lit up as they mentioned their previous line of work. "Ah, what a coincidence, me too! Also under the same name, Angel Dust. Nice to meet someone else in the industry for once." He could feel his shoulders and body relax for once. Other workers in the industry, they understood his anxieties, usually.

"I'll have to watch your work sometime. It'd be nice to watch someone other than myself for once," he said, with a bit of a self deprecating laugh. He was sort of everywhere, so it was hard to avoid himself, and sometimes he still liked to revisit his old work, films from when things felt simpler. He'd remember what happened during each film day and get a little smile out of himself. Not the new ones, never the new ones, almost frowning at the thought.

(It was both.)

"Understandable. Been here for a while so I understand. I get wary around others as well." Their tail flicked lazy, though it was also in a way that kept people from sneaking up behind them. A solid sweep of the area behind them. "Honestly, I've seen some of yours- I keep pretty up to date..." They smiled, and for a moment a more serious expression, though still pleasant crossed their features. "It's why I tried to catch up with you tonight... thought you could use a -- friend. Sometimes it's hard in work like ours."

"If you ever want a hands on demonstration let me know... and let me know what you think either way." They slipped easily back into flirting. "What I've seen you do well. No complaints here." Though Lux was versed enough to tell there were some he was more comfortable in. They'd been in the industry long enough. They didn't know why, and didn't know that mentioning it was a good idea.

Valentino blinked, Luxury's little slight against him going unnoticed for the time being. The moth was more focused on something else.

"Before me-- really? How old are you?" he questioned, squinting behind rose-tinted glasses.

It always caught him off guard when someone in the club scene confessed to being in Hell longer than him. Even though he employed Angel, who had died in the 1940s, it still struck him as odd every time.

You'd think they'd be a bit more stuck in their ways.

At the sinner's reply, the pimp scoffed and clicked his teeth.

"I've been here since the early early days of hell, darling~" They added. "Maybe 500-1000 years after Lucifer fell... Didn't pay much mind to time back then. Things didn't change nearly as much at first. Probably the third wave of fallen angels?" They pondered before waving their hand dismissively. "A long time. Millenia before you."

"Oh- If anything it's because I understand all too well. I think half the reason I fell was because it's not heavenly to want to sin in so many ways." They joked. It was partially true. They'd fallen for a mortal woman and enjoyed the bodies of more than one... And asked questions. Questions weren't welcomed back then. They were uncertain of now.

This imp was lucky she belonged to another noble house talking to him like that. His displeasure was clear on the old king's face and he was going to strangle whoever set this meeting up even more than before. "I've got other ways of findin' what I want." He says cryptically before a simple cafe menu was put in front of him.

Then again, in Macchi's eyes Thea could do no wrong in the slightest.

Elias gently tugged on Thea's sleeve as a signal for them to stop so he could catch his breath, which was a fine disguise for allowing some coughing to mask a more emotional discomfort that sometimes hit whenever Elizabeth had to look at her own reflection in a passing glass or hear her 'brother's' name in the beaks of their peers.
