Bakmi Cicik Made noodles from scratch on the weekend and here it is... Penampakan akhir Bakmi Cicik ahahaha! - Udah seneng punya KitchenAid, udah semangat cemplungin bahan, saat mau nyolok baru sadar kalo ternyata beda dan belum punya adaptornya ππ Jadinya hand kneading dehhhhh π #DapurImprov - Udah hand knead, udah di-rest adonannya, udah semangat mau rolling, ehhhh... Baru sadar kalo ga punya rolling pin ahuahauahahahha π jadinya pake gulungan cling film dehhhhh.. But, it works! #DapurImprov - Adonan dah tipis, mulai motong & milin mie-nya, trus mulai bosen, jadinya langsung potong dan makin lama makin lebar deh mienya π #DapurImprov - Masak ayam jamurnya ga pake resep, cemplungin aja semua saus2 yg Chinese look & feel and hoped for the best sambil menaruh harapan besar pada minyak babi buatan nyokapnya Margie. Jadinyaa enak! Babi kills it! - Sempet deg2an mienya bakal lembek & putus2 setelah dimasak, tapi jadinya elastis dan kenyal, HOREEE..!!! Kayak Mie Alok kata Margie, I've never ate Mie Alok. - Can't really taste the spinach puree & tomato paste that we added. They just tasted move savory and tastier compared to the plain egg noodles. Plan to repeat with black sesame and carrot next.
