The Flamingo's First Steps

I jumped off a cliff in Hawaii today. Just tell me I can't and watch me prove you wrong.

I don't normally rant on social media. But this has been working my last nerve for days. Going to the grocery store and trying to find handicap parking can be a challenge. But when ABLE BODIED idiots decide that the yellow lines beside handicap spots are for them to use because a front row spot isn't available, it makes it that much harder!! Thankfully I don't use my wheelchair very often but for others that do, the above idiots have now trapped them in their cars. Those lines are so that people have enough room to get out of the car and into their wheelchair! They aren't just free spots for lazy fools with no respect for other people. Let's just all try to think how our actions affect other people.

Wore Arnold (my leg) to school today and it felt great! He just got a tune up last week and he is working better than ever! There is finally a small light at the end of this very long tunnel

PS for those of you who don’t know. Arnold is my prosthetic :)

Meeting with Ottobock today to talk about a new knee that works better with hips. Here goes nothing!
