I wish that every single person i knew could tell me in extreme detail what i can do to help them in any given scenario. Like. I want lists.. is that so much to ask :( like so many of them are sad a lot of the time and. I don’t know how to help, and asking them in the moment feels like a lot of pressure and that they’ll worry I’m only doing it out of pity and obligation (I’m not!!!) um. and they’re all very different too, each person and different situation will benefit from different things whichhh make this goal a little bit impossible but still :( i just want to be told “hello if i mention how i am upset, you can do x y or z to help if you would like”.. also.
