I believe I can offer you some insight on why he was trending a few days ago and people going around calling him the r word. That was all that was showing up on my Twitter feed when I woke up. Several users made a Twitter space with the hashtags of how he’s not innocent and how he should be out. That Twitter space gained like over 4K users and from what I was reading off my feed the people who were ALLOWED to speak were calling him the r word and it started to a whole lot of dangerous misinformation. These people that were allowed to speak also hate him lol. Lumis who got in weren’t allowed to speak so everyone there was/is running with the information that he is a r word now. Iirc too, this one lumi managed to speak cause I think the hosts didn’t realize she was one… she’s gotten death threats cause they didn’t like what she said. Idk what she said though cause I was not present, but I saw some comments saying she was being rational. What did make me lol was that after this Twitter space changed the name of the to another member’s name, the participants in the space went from 4K to 1K. Too many people are using his name for clout and to gain followers, makes me was to scream. And a few days before this happened, I think there was another Twitter space that was happening. It was supposedly for two of the more popular units but those units were not part of the actual conversation and I feel like you can take a guess on what or who they were actually talking about. 🙃 He’s not part of 2021. He has not been seen or heard of and at this point I feel like I don’t even know what is going to happen. But all these people are acting like he’s physically present and part of this freaking project talk more about him then their so called favs. Just focus on what you have. Some of you have been screaming that your favs have been doing nothing because of him, but now they’re doing something so stop complaining. Stop focusing on what or who’s not there. If you hate him so much, stop talking about him. I also need Twitter spaces to end cause they’re ridiculous. People don’t need an additional place to spread or speak of nonsense.

One more thing… about the sg debacle that was happening with lumis vs the rest of the fandom. Have you seen the last few days? Groups of solo fandoms/users who were ragging on lumis for not buying the sg and telling them that even without him, they should still be supporting the other members have now refused to buy 2021/support the project cause their bias isn’t in the lead single. Wtf is this stupidity?! A lot of these solo fandom bars have stopped orders apparently because they’re angry. So what happened to the “support the other members even if your bias isn’t in it” mentality you were preaching and shoving in Lumis’ faces?! I hate hypocrites and the hypocrisy of this fandom and the double standards. 🙄🙄 And no offense, in a group of 21 members you can’t possibly expect your fav to be in there. It’s about profits. They will take the members who are popular/will sell and fill the rest in with members that fit the song. But that’s just my take lol.

it’s hard to be ot7 when they don’t even seem to be ot7. hd posted on wb that he was hungry and someone commented to eat with her and he responded back he rather starve than eat with her. and kun said it on his radio gig iirc. and also posting the picture of the four of them at the nature/forest was another moment for the ot6 and solo stans to get super loud. i muted so many of those accounts because it was too much and these comments added more nonsense i don’t care for. it was ridiculous. i’m a believer in keeping things private. 🤷🏻‍♀️ even in my personal/work life, certain things should not be aired out in public. like if the members are angry with him, that’s between them and should not be aired out. like the more i see it, this wayv family they have been projecting has been a joke.

like you said, i understand as a celebrity not everyone will agree with their actions. i know i don’t with the recent actions but their fans are patting them on their backs going ‘well done, put ot7/lucas/lumis in their place.’ but because you are a public figure with again fans who can’t/don’t think like at all and having a sense of what is going on in social media, it’s not right or smart especially with a mob mentality and when people are sending constant death threats, shooting out racist comments/posts, even scheduling a day and time post it on wb really makes me angry. so when the members do stuff like that, subtle things, turning your head as if you don’t notice it, you are encouraging that and for me, how do i look at you as a group and still say you’re my favorite when your actions/movements are scary and in some sense dangerous. being a stan/fan for some people is like a cult. it’s such a terrible comparison because so many cults in real life are scary and deathly, but it was the first thing i thought of. so what they have done and them as a group doesn’t sit right with me especially when we don’t know the whole story. and if they know something we don’t know, fine. but you can’t “lead” a public who has been left in the unknown. and this public is your fanbase who is following, believing your actions and spewing out so much disgusting things. does that make sense? everything is based on a she said. there has been no actual he said side. and in my opinion, if solo stans and ot6 fans are convicting him then he should have his say too. everyone thinks they’re a lawyer but don’t have even one working brain cell. i know i’m not a lawyer like everyone on stan twitter apparently but doesn’t the law let you defend yourself? or give you a chance to say your piece or that you can’t be convicted of something without all the details and proof? this isn’t an attack on you, an apologies if you think/feel as if it is, but what they’re doing i don’t find comforting. they’re acting like everything is peachy has created this bigger atmosphere of toxicity that has ruined being in the wayv fandom. i hate how this has played out. well and obvious rumors stated as facts have spread like crazy. he’s a r***** now. did you know that? he went after minors. he under investigation for fraud too in china. he’s lazy. he hates his family. he talked shit about his teammates. everything was given to him. he never lifted a finger to get anything because he was favored, which i honestly find hilarious because if he was favored this would not be dragged out for this long. all these people seeing this as a joke, making up stuff, being an absolute disgusting human being, when nothing has been funny since the beginning, some of these rumors can be costly and when everyone is being loud and hiding behind a username like a coward, i’m tired.

i’m typing this up tired after a long day at work. so again, i don’t know if i have offended/upset you in any way with what i have posted. if i have, apologies again.

i think it's sweet of that lumi. but everyone is allowed to spend their money however they want, we shouldn't judge each other for how we choose to spend it.

we can only assume what they meant when they said those things. we can only assume it was shade, but there is the possibility it wasn't. we'll never know unless we get inside their heads. if it was shade, then it might not have been cool but they probably know something we don't.

we also can't expect them to put their lives on hold or anything. plus, even if they were on good terms with lc, he needs to lay low right now so it'd be kinda dumb to post public pictures of them together right? but i can see how it'd be bad from a fan's / public's perspective.

for me, i have turned off all wayv content. i haven’t watched a wayv video in a long time either. so i can’t say what is being said there. but i do know for me i can’t look at wayv like at all right now or read twitter stuff. i think wayv fans have turned me off like a lot. talk about annoying and obnoxious. and i’m not going to lie, but the members too have turned me off. it’s not like they have done outright big things but it’s more like little things here and there that i am particularly not fond of since this situation. do their lives stop because of this? no, of course not. it’s silly to think that. but like from my pov what happened does affect the group and it’s the immediate jump back into social media as if nothing is wrong i am wary/weirded (?) of. iirc, xj did the instagram live like the next day. ten posted a shady message on bubble. hd did like a subtle dig on weibo. and kun was talking about how fans have such amazing photoshop skills and everyone was so happy cause they think he saw all those wayv pictures of lucas being cropped out. i (personally) feel these all have been directed at him. and all these incidents have added fuel to this fire of hate and toxicity. and given wayv’s history, they are very, imo, up to date with what is posted on social media about them as a group and themselves. they’re on twitter, weibo, instagram and i’m sure youtube too. some of the stuff that is being posted/spread around is truly atrocious and vile by some of their own fandom and their own solo stans. i (personally) don’t think it takes a lot of work to let your own fanbase know that it is important to be respectful to each other without actually being specific. whether they say it in bubble or a live, it’s a message that should always be said. and i also know that it’s not their job to police their own fans, but at the same time, at this point i really can’t imagine them not seeing any of it. do you know what i mean? your fans are a reflection of you to some sad degree. people can disagree and that’s okay. but i do think it’s the truth because many of these fandoms are dumb and can’t/don’t think. they “listen” to their artists’ words or follow their actions. so i don’t think it takes much to just echo the need for respect. and if your so called teammate doesn’t seem to be sending out a good message the fans won’t do it either.

i’m not trying to start something, and if you believe that, i apologize. i just think lines have been crossed and respect is lost by many sides. i also don’t know if what i wrote made any sense but this had me thinking for quite some time.

idk how to put it into words so hopefully this makes sense, but i meant it that some people who claim to stan the whole group (in this case ot7's) act like they only give a fuck about the group if a certain member is in it.

to me, it's different from having a bias. even though you have a bias, being an ot7 means you still love and care about all the other members, it's just that one member stole your heart a little bit more. but imo if you were really an ot7, even if a member isn't there, you still care about the group as a whole/all the members individually and would still support them in whatever way you can.

maybe i just having a different definition of supporting all the members/being an ot7/ot8/ot9 or whatever than other people though.

just to clarify though, i'm not talking about fans who stop supporting because it becomes hard for them or anything. there are some people who have a toxic mindset/act in a toxic way and those are the people i'm complaining about.

i HATE it when other fandoms / non-fans insert themselves into other fandoms business. like bruh, this don't concern you gtfo. you don't like it when people do it to you so why do it to others?

these people are just attention seeking and don't give a shit about consequences. they just love causing drama and for what? are they that bored with their own lives?

as someone who doesn't have that type of mindset i seriously wonder what goes on in their heads that makes them act like that and think it's okay. do they even end up regretting it?

i get missing lucas and all that but yall really gotta learn how to think logically. he's on hiatus, due to a pretty serious scandal, and people are still pretty heavily against him. why would he be included? from a business standpoint, he had to be excluded.

they always cater to the asian market before they cater to the international fans and you know in asia people are more anti-lc at the moment.

third, i'm sick of seeing 'true wayv fans know wayv is 7.' honestly, this doesn't even apply to just wayv, it applies to pretty much every group. being a true fan means supporting them no matter what. don't fuck over an entire group because of one person. don't ruin things for the other members because of one person.

you can miss lc, you can want him back. but stop with this 'i'm boycotting until he's back' and all things similar. if you were a true weishennie you'd support these boys no matter what was happening. they need the support right now.

the same applies if it were another member.

(solo stans and ot_ stans are different, but i'm sick of seeing all these ot7's do shit like this)
