Going to be doing a last little push for donations to help move into the new apartment. All the big costs are covered, but I’m still having issues with my knee so I’m having a hard time packing/cleaning. A friend is supposed to be coming over this weekend but I may still need more help after that, we’ll see.

Also I’ll likely have to pay a security deposit for the new electric company since my credit isn’t great right now. They didn’t mention it the last few times I’ve called but they did say today I’d have to complete a risk assessment. I think it should be around $100 but I honestly have no clue since it’s a company I’ve never dealt with before (have always had Duke energy before this).

EDIT: so the deposit was almost $400…. So yeah I could use some more help for sure 😭

mine starts as a little dot, dead center of my vision, and if i close 1 eye at a time, i can figure out which eye is having the trouble, because mine are almost never bilateral.

as time goes on, the spot of mylar turns into an arc that gets bigger and bigger, while the center of my vision is a heavy gaussian blur.

it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours for the crinkling mylar to get past my peripheral vision and the blurriness to clear fully.

i've found that if i take an NSAID, it goes faster. but often once it's out of my vision, but still blurry, i get dysphasia and dizzy.
