WOD #3 8 Minute AMRAP: 1-10 Ascending Ladder Hang Power Clean @ 165/110 (Scaled: 115/80) T2B (Scaled: Hanging Knee Raises) *Once complete, accumulate max effort Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Scaled: Jumping Chest-to-Bar) in time remaining. This WOD will be scored as two separate events with the total time needed to complete the ascending ladder being the first score, and the total C2B in the remaining time being the second.
