Please help me find this book- I stupidly donated it because I felt bad about not reading it while the person who gave it to me was dying, and by the time I came to my senses it was too late and all I can remember is that the summary had the word Kingdom in it.

I never actually read the book- And all I remember of the summary was that it had the word kingdom, and at least two named characters. Not a children's book. Fantasy novel most likely, possibly a fantasy romance. Set in a kingdom.

The book cover was blue, had an illustration of buildings/city, and the title/author was in metallic bronze font- actually metallic and reflective, not simply bronze coloured.

The summary on the back was written on torn parchment.

Probably a male author, published before 2024 but after 2019.

I stupidly donated the book because I felt bad about not reading it when the person who gifted it to me was dying, and now he's gone I can't remember the title or author to find it again.
