This night will be filled with talented artists, exciting announcements, and much more. We will be holding auctions for select artworks as well as having a gallery will you will be able to purchase pieces should the artist allow it.

Good Afternoon everyone and thank you so much for coming out tonight. Oscorp is incredibly excited to hold tonight's event to both fundraise for humanitarian aid as well as celebrating local artists. Feel free to mingle, browse the artwork, enjoy live music, and enjoy some refreshments. We will be hosting the auction a little later in the evening so please look forward to that. Attention Gala Artists:

I will be available all day tomorrow (22nd) if you would like to bring in your pieces and begin setting them up. You're welcome to set up your designated station yourself or my staff and I are happy to set it up for you should you be in a hurry or are unable to stay long. As for the auction piece we will store that in a separate area up until the gala day. The only thing I would need from you for that is the artwork itself as well as the title of the piece and your artist name should it be different than your given name.

We encourage you to show up about an hour before the gala to double check everything is set up correctly. We will then begin the artist sale about an hour after the event begins to give people ample time to show up ((i.e post the presented art work anytime after 6PM EST)). The auction will be handled by me and will begin later in the evening.

I am available for any questions or concerns at any time of day so please don't hesitate to reach out for anything at all. We will also have press in before the gala should you choose to want to answer any questions.

We will be showcasing different mediums of art by a variety of artists to sell and auction off their work for donations for humanitarian efforts. Most of my work consists of architectural sketches and drawings of various buildings in the states and around the world, I hope that is something people would be interested in buying.

The other 70% is yours to take home at the end of the night, so we highly encourage pricing artwork high as the clientele for the evening are big names, high value, people. The same percentages will be held for the auction piece as well, but the bidding and auctioning off will be handled by myself so you don't have to worry about that.

As for your request, we are more than happy to accommodate for the fact you will not be able to physically join us. Please provide me with the information on who will be representing you and I will add them to our artist list for entry.
