Just got back from Lake Mary. I caught 5 trout over the rainy week. A 4lb, 2-3.8lb, a 1.5lb, and on Friday, 4.34lb. I’m not used to catching these big, slow, planted fish. We had steak, sautéed onions and mushrooms,baked potatoes, and salad last night and we used the new table and patio set up to eat outside. This morning I made an omelette with the steak, and sautéed onions and mushrooms, and cheese, and I served it on sliced fried baked potatoes, with sour cream and chives.
