So, I decided to take a plunge and move my website from Tumblr to my own real, true domain and create a fully functioning website that will allow you to shop, join my VIP club, contact me, and read a blog all at once! When the day comes, I may create a portfolio page so that the different costumes I’ve made over the years can be showcased. I’m really excited about this transition!
That being said, I will no longer update my Patreon past this month. I can’t keep supporting a platform that doesn’t support its users and creators. They have, for the past two months, held on to money that was given so graciously by you and kept it from the intended creators. Now, not all creators were subject to this. While “investigating” our accounts for “safety,” they chose to do it when the money was being pulled from your accounts, keeping it in limbo until they saw fit to release it. They were making it difficult for certain creators to be found by flagging them as 18+ communities. You couldn’t search for me or many others. For me, I felt this needed to stop. It’s difficult to grow and expand your art when no one can find you.
This is why I’ve built my own VIP club. This allows me to have complete creative control over what you see without another platform deeming my content whatever they wish. Now, there is no middle person. It’s just us! I hope that those of you who have followed me on Patreon will continue to support my new VIP club. For those of you who haven’t, I hope that you take a look at it and see if it is something that might interest you!
