Who wants a quick #meatlessmonday recipe? Stuffed Squash Blossoms 1. Carefully peel back the tips of the blossoms and stuff with as much Fauxcotta as you possibly can fit (it may help to soak in cold water beforehand). Pinch closed. 2. Brush the blossoms with EVOO and coat with Farmesan. 3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
