I think I do pretty well in taking accountability and holding myself accountable when I fuck up.. I don’t mind being called out when I’m in the wrong and I know it. Truth is it might not always come off that way. And sometimes just being accountable doesn’t change what was done or fix the situation. It’s about the next step and real talk I’ve fumbled that next step plenty of times.

I guess where I also struggle at is just sitting in it, I do have the tendency to try and correct negative narratives when being confronted. It’s just that I can live with being the villain in your story, I just want the actual true story to be told. And I hate being told what my intentions were or being spoken for.
