'Happy Balloons'-Play&Create Project

Hello dear fellows,

We have finally got our final outcome for the Balloons Project.

It is an......Interactive Map!!! :'D The website below will take you into the Liverpool city centre and find out who were the happy people we encounter! Maybe you were there! ^^

12th of April, a rather windy and sunny day.

I set up a journey on looking for happy people in the city centre of Liverpool, of course, there were plenty.

In our daily life, we see passengers all the time whenever you are in a public space. They are all unique people with different personality, doing different things in a different time. 

You see them, they see you. In the relationship of every stranger with another exists a barrier that not everyone is brave or willing to brake. However, there is one little thing that exist in everyone's face which have the ability to brake through the barrier--- a smile. ^^

I can honestly and sincerely tell you that, in this 2 hour long journey, I saw angels with smiles I have never seen, I saw couples who are so and so perfect for each other, I saw the innocence and playfulness of children that takes me back to my childhood, I hear music within their heart and the dreams they want to achieve, I saw happy people. 

From meeting them, despite the fact that every chat I have with them were minute and short, there were intangible things that I learned from their responses to our project. If these things have to be put into words, I don't think I can do it, it's beyond my knowledge and senses.

Thank you for letting me picture your smile and happiness in my camera, these pictures will stay permanent forever, just like our memories, they might fade away as we grow older but I sincerely believe that our heart will always record everything that is worth to you.

100 balloons had finally been realeased to everyone in the city center on the 23rd. March.2011. ^^ Were you there? Did you pick one of our yellow happy balloons? Have you submitted your picture with the balloon yet?
